1st location (P&J Food Mart#2) I was sent to was horrible. No one would help me with the rental. No one had the key to the truck. People kept telling me the boss man had the key and was at home asleep. Called U-Haul rep and they were fantastic. U-Haul rep redirected me to KJV Auto in Cairo, GA and they handled everything in less than 5 minutes. KJV personnel were friendly and professional. Highly recommend them. P&J Food Mart #2 in Thomasville should not be a dealer. They are only hurting the U-Haul Brand and U-Haul's reputation. The U-Haul telephone Reps are great. This was my second bad experience with P&J. Will never use them again, under any circumstances.
john pI went to this location on Friday afternoon to drop the Auto Hauler. 1. Sign torn down so could not immediately locate. I stopped at business beside them and asked where UHaul return was. They said, happens all the time. Just drive around back to the left. UHaul sign was run over by a truck, not replaced. 2. The man at the UHaul location said, I was just leaving, park it over there. I parked and unhooked trailer. The man was older black man with a neck brace on. 3. I am waiting for UHaul to contact me again about the overcharge on this contract. I dropped trailer off in Cairo on 27 Oct, 2023 4-5pm and was charge for 4 days.

Yolanda WReservation was for 2:30 pm and was certified. No one showed up until 3:45 and then couldn't run the computer without calling someone to walk him through how to work it. Was after after 4:20 before I was able to hook up trailer. Very disappointing experience with the company representing uhaul.
Chris SBeing charged an extra $52 for gas when we left it at the same level as what we picked it up at was a bit much after spending over $2400 on the equipment.

Mark BRented a 15 foot truck got upgraded to a 26 foot truck without the rep telling me when she called with change of pickup location I made the reservation a week early to avoid this and was told the take reservations in order they come. I would take care of the customer I had already had inconvenienced by changing location if I had the correct size vehicle at that location. All staff extremely courteous and helpful at all locations.

Kristin CI had problems getting my truck and no one to help and U-Haul customer service lied to me.
Amanda MVery friendly bunch of guys. A special call out to the ladies at the Nashville office. We had a few problems with the first pick-up location and it was quickly handled in a professional courteous manner. Hats off to the ladies at U Haul in Nashville.
