Reservation was for 2:30 pm and was certified. No one showed up until 3:45 and then couldn't run the computer without calling someone to walk him through how to work it. Was after after 4:20 before I was able to hook up trailer. Very disappointing experience with the company representing uhaul.

Mark B.Rented a 15 foot truck got upgraded to a 26 foot truck without the rep telling me when she called with change of pickup location I made the reservation a week early to avoid this and was told the take reservations in order they come. I would take care of the customer I had already had inconvenienced by changing location if I had the correct size vehicle at that location. All staff extremely courteous and helpful at all locations.
