45 minutes to pick up my U-Haul. And then 35 minutes for drop off. And I was charged for equipment I didn't request for.

Robert L.The staff were incredibly rude and seemed annoyed to be doing a rental. I had to wait past my reservation time because there was only one woman who could check me in and she was not at the location. When I inquired about the lost time from waiting for her, she flippantly remarked “it's only 8 min†and confirmed I would not be compensated. When I got in the vehicle, the cab was dirty. There were old French fries in the console. No attempt had been made to clean it between rentals. Also, the digital screen was in Spanish. It took an extra 10 minutes just to figure out how to change it to English. Upon return, no one greeted me, instead snatched the keys and said goodbye. I was then charged for gas, although I did fill the tank to the required level. I've rented U-Haul an in the past and this was very frustrating. Overall it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I'll rethink using U-Haul in the future.

Cristian H.For some reason, I received a text as I was on my way to pick up the truck saying the time had changed from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM. This would have impacted my moving plans so I contacted the pickup location and they said the truck was ready and could still be picked up now. The pickup location did not know who sent the text or why. This text caused unnecessary concern for me.

ERICKA M.Vehicle drop off was very informal. No receipt or confirmation was received for several hours. In fact, I called back to see what was causing the delay. I was told that rental returns are checked in between 3 and 4 pm. I dropped the truck off at 12:30. This business location is an auto repair shop.
Chauncey D.The truck was being used for a trash run by the auto shop. I came in as it was reserved and it took a few minutes to determine where the keys were since it wasn't checked out. Needless to say I'm glad I was doing a move out of my storage unit and had both a broom and leaf blower at my disposal.

Sunday A.Kaz automotive people were rude and unhelpful. We were transferred to this location because a truck was not at Pets plus U-Haul location. However, we had been working with Jerry at Pets plus location and he was extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about how great Jerry was to work with!

Larry L.Please have your customer service women have a better attitude she looked and acted very annoyed when I walked up and said I had a U-Haul pickup. I understand they service cars at this locations but you also have another part of your business which is U-Haul equipment. There was a women with glasses that did seemed to hve a better attitude and was helping when I asked to split payment.

WAYNE G.UHaul promised me a furniture dolly and a utility dolly - which the pickup location didn't have. This is not that location's fault, it is UHaul's. The gent at the pickup location opened up late and helped me find the equipment at a nearby spot - but UHaul website makes promises and books equipment that the vendors cannot meet.
Eric A.Truck was not available. Spent almost two hours calling and transferred to different people. Finally an agent found a truck however had to drive 60+ miles to pick it up delayed my helpers and had to contact to make changes. Truck had only 3/4 tank when picked up it was returned by me with full tank was told I would be reimbursed and wasn't. Not a pleasant experience.
Timothy K.The only reason it was not inviting is because the parking area was entirely gravel. My only purpose was to return the truck...so that really wasn't a big deal. However, the location needs more available spaces for Uhaul returns.

EDRASADALY C.I took the tow dolly back on the same day at 5:15 PM. They said that they wouldn't be able to check it in until Saturday morning. I got a call at 2:50 PM on Monday from U-Haul, asking me when I would be returning the tow dolly. I told that I returned it on the same day, so they would call me back when they verified it. At 3:30 I still had not received a call, so I went to Kaz Automotive. The tow dolly was sitting right where I returned it to on Friday. The lady and bald guy that rented it to me acted like they didn't even know it was returned. I told him to get his ass out there and check it in, "I didn't know it was back?". I told him that he was the one that told me that he would check it in on Saturday when he came in. Acting like it was my fault and I didn't tell them I returned it. I didn't trust Kaz Automotive before because they were shady and I will never go there again for a U-Haul. I would recommend that you find another business to use, because it could impact your business. At least your customer service representatives apologized for them but they shouldn't have to. Rajendra N.The truck was due back on Sunday, 07/26/2020. I returned it at approximately 2:30 PM on Saturday, 07/25/2020. The person took my contract document and said I would receive an email. When I did not receive by Sunday I called UHaul 800 number and was advised the truck had not been checked in. I was told the business, Kaz Automotive, would be contacted on Monday to get the truck checked in. Did not hear from Kaz on Monday so I went there on Tuesday, 07/27/2020 and was advised that the truck had not been checked in by any one at the business. They did so on Tuesday and an email was received. Very lackadaisical attitude by personnel and I'm upset that I had to go back to the business to get what was supposed to be done on Saturday. I have always used UHaul and had great results. I am very disappointed with this rental.
