Douglas BU-Haul needs to keep track of their equipment as we were able to book an enclosed 5 x 8 cargo trailer at this location. They claim to not have had trailers of this type for years. We had to go to another location at the last minute.

Norbert WThe app was absolutely horrible and time consuming to use. At one point it got "stuck" and I couldn't move further with it. The attendant at the location was awesome though and checked us in. She was super friendly, fast and efficient. Definitely will avoid the app in the future. The truck was clean but had a nauseating smell, like too much frebreeze or something. It was too cold to open the windows for relief

Erics RMy truck was confirmed 12hrs before pick up and other sizes if needed were given as there were plenty available of moving trucks if required. Morning of the move I was told by the kelowna enterprise locatio the unit I needed wasn't there and they didn't have a truck for me for out of town use. On top of that I booked 2 months in adamace and had a guaranteed price. They wanted to charge and extra 3000 for a 4ft longer moving truck as the company increased rates 60 % due to a shortage of trucks availability. Such is life when they are making money hand over fist with high demand of trucks they increase the rates to be dicks. Very crooked and unprofessional. I'll never go back to uhaul. The service at the Findlay location where I finally was able to secure what I needed for double my initial quote was exceptional.
chad pThe ladies at this location were amazingly helpful. The truck however was below standards. We booked to move to greenwood bc. We had a truck with bald all season tires on front and door rear tires. When we hit snow, we had no traction and if wasn't for my husband's experience driving in snow, luckily didn't run off the road. In a province where snow tires are mandatory, I was surprised to discover the tires we had on.

JESSICA KThe lady at first came off grumpy and rude. I was there at almost closing and didn't quite have enough gas and she wouldn't wait the 5 minutes it took to go get gas so that I wouldn't be charged more, I stead she left.
Natashia FEster & Shirely were very nice and got us on our way quickly. They answered several questions about the truck and drop-off procedure. The truck was clean and ready for us, along with the blankets we rented. Great!

Ron RThe staff at this location were excellent. The truck was clean. The website I booked it it on was confusing and misleading. I was under the impression that at this location it was going to be a contactless pickup and that the daily rate was going to be (for a day?), it was recommended that the average rental for this truck was 6 hours. I only really needed it for 6 hours, but from 10-4, but the only pick up time was 8 am. I mistakenly thought that it meant , because of the contactless pickup I could pick it up any time after 8 and return it before closing, which for this location appeared to be 5. As it was we had it for less than 6 hours because some one else had it booked for pickup that afternoon. We were rushed and didn't get everything we wanted to move with that truck on this rental. If the website would have provided this locations phone number this could have been all avoided. I thought he staff at this location did their best to try and accommodate us.

Michael TGreat drop off location. However, I returned the truck the night before it was due and the U-Haul app wouldn't let me self-drop off the truck. I took pictures of the odometer, gas level and license and crossed my fingers that all would be well. All was good the next day except the $20 early drop off fee. What is with that???

Justin WGreat location for Rutland moves. Only complaint was that the truck engine had a bit of weird issues. Transmission slipped and it had a bit of a rough sound. Other than that the entire experience was awesome.

Andrew SMake it Mandatory for the previous customer to leave enough Gas in the Truck to get to a Gas Station. The truck that I picked up, only had enough gas left to go 13,2 miles., as shown on the gauge. Luckily the Gas station was within range to fill up, it took just over $200 to do that. I lived 35 mins in the country from the pickup location. Secondly, the headlights on this Newer truck were awful. Driving at night was a challenge. The windshield washers were just as bad as the headlights. Very poor for a newer truck. I'm sure for the cost of such a truck, one would think that they would have installed better quality lights and wiper blades. It was a challenge driving at night in the rain. The one good thing I will say is the ride and the comfortable seats. We had a long journey from Ottawa Ontario, to Kelowna B.C., and no issues with the seats. Hopefully the Lights and the wiper blades will get resolved in the near future.
Samuel DI was not the one who picked the truck up here or dropped it off as it was a transfer due to the first truck from lake country was broken. Movers had offered to pick up the truck on my behalf.

Donald WI would like to report the poor condition of my trailer I rented but there is not enough room here to report the unsafe conditions and I can't find any place on your site to send an email I tried calling but have not received a call back. I am concerned that this trailer will be put back on the road and will kill someone.

Erics RThe employee at the front desk (a middle aged women) was very rude upon drop off. The attitude we experienced was not appreciated. I would not recommend this location based on her alone. We did have an issue with keys midway through our rental and the lovely women who called at that time was great, and her help was very appreciated, but over the phone upon drop off and in person at pick up the employee at that time (different from our key issue employee) was rude and disrespectful.

Willcox RBecause of theTERRIBLE service at the UHaul Enterprise location, we had to find this location on our own and fortunately had top notch service from a Kelowna Storage employee which surprisingly was a UHaul drop off location. What was an absolute debacle with UHaul, turned out to be a solution which we found ourselves but with additional significant cost. UHaul has now removed Telus from the worst company we've ever had the experience of dealing with. The only positive out of this experience is to teach someone 'How not to be successful in business'. This is only the 'tip of the iceberg' of the problems and frustrations we had with this experience.
