Van was clean, but the app was I pain, slow loading pages and steps. Pictures were hit and miss on registering properly. And the app just isn't very intuitive. Convenient but obnoxious.

They expect you to hook up the trailer yourself which I figured out but the person had an attitude when I asked them to come and take a look to make sure it was hooked up correctly.

The reservation experience was horrible. My location and pricing changed multiple times with zero communication. Availability was very limited. I was charged for furniture pads and did not receive any. Called to inquire about pads, was told it's a 30 minute wait for a person. On self pick up service was incredibly slow and poorly executed. If I had come myself and not had help, I wouldn't have been able to complete check in as they required a second contact person and phone number. Took me nearly 40 minutes to do self check in. The entire experience was greatly lacking.

Staff was very friendly. The only thing I would change is the cleanliness of the truck. When I received the truck there was trash in there from the prior customer.

Told the agent more than.once all I needed was a small pick up or van,after looking through the lot in the rain I realized he set me up with a 10 ft box truck. Went back ,told him again ,gave me a different set of keys ,go back out ,this time it's a ford Transport,still not what I asked for..too wet and frustrated to go back again took it even though there was 3 vans in the lot

They need to work on the 24/7 mobile check in process and make it smoother and also the was low on oil. Maintenance and attention to the details matter.

I'm not impressed with the online pickup system. I've used it twice in the last 2 months and both times the system wouldn't let me proceed because it said your system detected that I was at the wrong UHaul location even though I was sitting right in front of the store. Luckily both stores were open so that I could go inside and get the key from an employee.

My truck was not marked as returned for 3 days after I returned it, didn't get a receipt until 4 days after, had to call facility and uhaul x2 to resolve

The truck was dirty when I initially got inside and I was charged for furniture moving equipment that I was never given or never used + a bunch of unknown fees... And they also didn't have many time slots so I ended up paying $130 for a truck that I used for only 2 and a half hours because the only pick up time I could get was 7:30am even though they don't open until 10am and I didn't need the truck until 9:30am... Worst experience ever. Will never use this location again.

The equipment I requested was not in the truck when I picked it up. The fuel indicator did not accurately show the remaining amount left. The trucks' battery died after leaving the hazard lights on for no more than 5 minutes. The truck died while driving, leaving me stranded on the highway for hours. When roadside assistance was responding he was given the wrong location. After inspecting the truck he determined that the trucks alternator was faulty despite the fact that the engine had clearly been replaced recently. During his repairs he noticed that parts had not been properly reattached after the last maintenance session. While he was trying to repair the truck he couldn't get ahold of anyone to give him permission to replace the alternator for another hour.

They had to send me to this location because the first location did not have the truck I wanted. U-Haul did not call me at all to give me an update. I eventually pick up my truck from this location. My overall experience was not the best. I am suppose to get credited $50 back. Other than that my U-Haul experience was great!

Having the owner operator maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle especially during covid times are paramount. The vehicle wasn't cleaned nor was the gas level verified.

Very difficult to find the location to pick up, the outside signs were very misleading. The truck had piles of snow on the windshield and in the truck bed, and cleaning it off made me late for my appointment. The cab smelled of smoke from the first time I stepped in. Poor communication and customer service from the representative that helped me at the pick-up location. I could go on, but it was overall a terrible experience.

The process is confusing, store number doesn't work, my vehicle didn't already have materials I needed set up. Communication is critical and this site location has no front loading of expectations or the process or renting vechile. I'll be going to u-haul locations that are not set-up in liquor stores.

The truck was not clean and it smelled a lot of weed. The lack of cleanliness is not acceptable since you claim that you sanitize the trucks between reservations. That was not cleaned in a ling time. Also, you ask for people to pay if they smoke inside, that clearly didn't happen.

Had to wait 2hrs for vehicle (small pickup) because prior customer did not return on time. So would be better if there was more stock, more room for error, or faster to get same vehicle from a nearby location. UHaul attendant was excellent.

The link sent to my email with pickup instructions sent me to the wrong pickup location. If fact the instructions took me past the actual pickup location. Only after downloading the uhaul app was I able to located the actual pickup location :-(

When I was booking my uhaul it only gave me to option of doing mobile pick up for this location so I pick the 930 time slot, I got there 20 mins early did the whole online checkin process. After getting the code to my lock box I open up my box and it was empty, so I called customer service and they advised me that I would have to wait until the location opened up at 10am to retrieve my key. I stood outside for 15min in the freezing cold because there was already a line forming once we all got in I waited another 30min just for the guy to set up the computer and process another rental for the lady that was in front of me. They waste a whole hour of my time because someone didn't do their job.

When I entered the vehicle, there was someone's gloves inside the vehicle already. There was also a sticky substance on the bottom of the cargo area. I tried my best to avoid getting it on my belongings. I've never seen such a poorly maintained vehicle. I typically rent via Penske at Home Depot and never have any problems . I definitely think that the location can do a better job of cleaning up the vehicles and showing some care into the work.

This was the closest to me, so I chose to use it. That this was a side line for a liquor store meant 10 a.m. opening and no place to sit while the person ahead of me was being handled by the one employee. But once it was my turn, I was efficiently processed and the van I rented was clean and gassed and functioned well.

Equipment was filthy Warning sensors and tire pressure alerts and remained on Uhaul rep was unapologetic stating that a replacement van could not be issued and that a vendor would be available to address the issue 90 mins later so to drive the van regardless

They seemed to be almost out of inventory of trucks when I picked up mine so having more trucks for the weekend when there is high demand might help. Staff was very friendly which was nice.

Pick up cab reeked of marijuana. The truck bed was full of boxes and sand. The left rear tire only had 21 lbs of air. This location does not clean or maintain its vehicles.

It was very slow to pick up the vehicle. It took 30 minutes for the person to check me in and I was the only one there! The truck was very dirty. No one cleaned it. There was food on the floor of it that I had to clean up. I will not rent from this location again. You should have higher standards in picking your neighborhood dealers.
