My trailer was not at the location that I was given in my reservation. I had to find out only when I arrived that it had to go to this location to pick it up. When I got here, the person behind the counter was pleasant, but not expedient. This location also did not have any moving supplies nor the trailer lock that I had pre-purchased, so I had to go back to the original location to retrieve those items. It made for a less than ideal process.

stanley rumlerI reserved a 6x12 enclosed trailer online. It was accepted in your system, and I was given a confirmation number. When we got to the location to pick up the trailer, we were told that they did not have a trailer for us and have never had any trailers. They only ever have one box truck. We tried another location near by and they had no 6x12's available. That person got on his computer and was able to locate a 6x12 in a different town, so we went there and were able to get the 6x12 from them. Ridiculous. How could your system accept and confirm a reservation for a Uhaul location that never ever has trailers of any sorts?

TODD STEINBRINKI personally thought that you sent me way too many messages. You wanted me to save time and go through an online "registration ". Sent me several reminders to do it like I really had time to do it. When I finally got around to doing it I couldn't finish it because it was only showing a round trip form and mine was one-way. I also wanted to rent from a particular location which they said I couldn't do. Told me the location for pickup and then later changed it to a completely different location. Overall, I was pleased with the van and the lady at Kenny's Auto. Thanks

Tim BurdenKenny's helped me, however I missed my move window and had already taken off work. My original receipt showed a different location. However when I arrived there was nobody there in this grassy weedy parking area. I found a phone number for parking concerns and it turned out to be the owner. He said he had no record of my request even though I gave him everything. I wasted 4 hrs of my day off for hi and 2 other uhaul people to send me all over Columbia sc. Kenny finally took care of me. I had been up since 6am and finally ate something around 4pm. Unacceptable I will be making a bigger deal of this debacle.

Christian FernandezTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER SEEK TO OBTAIN U-HAUL EQUIPMENT OR RENTALS FROM THIS LOCATION. EVER!! THEY HAVE NO ONE TO ASSIST WITH UNHOOKING RENTAL TRAILER AT THIS LOCATION. Per contract agreement hookups should be done by U-Haul representatives to ensure they are done correctly. Same with unhooking trailers. If a location cannot be staffed to have available personnel, then they should not rent U-HAUL equipment!!! Not to mention, the woman who answered the phone when I called to ask about this, she said, " I don't know what to tell you. We don't do that! (You) can just drive on down to (another location a few miles away) and see if they can help you." Of course, per the contract, there's a $20 change fee if you drop off equipment at a different location (or after hours). I look forward to sharing how horrible this experience was on social media so everyone knows to avoid this location. TERRIBLE!

They were very professional, informative and helpful! Will definitely recommend, continue to shop at, and rent U haul through Kenny's Auto Supply.

Charlina burnsAlthough location is better than average as far as facilities go, they did not have my truck ready at 7pm for after hours mobile pick-up. After noticing an employee still inside the closed store I insistently knocked on the window until person was willing to come open the door. They were completely unaware of my reservation being for that evening even though person and I saw on their system. No apologies, just a "well, we got your truck ready now". Yes, after I knocked on the window for long enough that they realized I wasn't going away and decided to help me. I had movers scheduled to load the truck first thing next morning and truck not being ready for after hours would have completely spoiled my plans should these employee not still had been in the store after hours. Very upsetting. I contacted UHaul as soon as I left the store and let them know of the situation for my truck ready assurance payment.

Alex PresidentI opted for checking in online so the keys should have been in the vehicle…..NO NOT THE CASE AT ALL… they had the keys inside of the establishment, only due to the couple working did I get the key 2,5 hours after I was to pick the up I actually had to knock on the window for the to help after sitting in their parking over 2,5 hours and having to call U-HAUL TO GET ASSISTANCE… Once getting the truck, I noticed the info had changed from dropping off in Alabama to dropping off back in SC ONCE AGAIN I CALL U-HAUL 郎the young lady answered the phone in the mist of here family dinner all I hear are kids and cartoons, unprofessional, she corrects she tells me to get a pin to write all of this information down…. That's a no for me, I request that she email me she told me she couldn't….. well I was driving so I could only accept an email….

bernard kozlowskiThe fuel level was marked at 3/4 when I picked up. The needle was clearly under the the large white 3/4 mark. Tank was much closer to 5/8 than it was 3/4. Normally I would not say much about this, but gas is now $4,2 a gallon and that little error is a bit expensive. I returned the truck with 3/.4 tank of fuel so that I would not be charged for fuel. However that mistake by U-haul probably cost me about $10.
