The location tried to charge me another $100 after I turned it in. No damages, gas where it should be , mileage not over … just another charge. The location thought I wouldn't notice. That's why I don't trust leaving my card on file with these people .

Fuel tank had 215 before empty and I put it on 233 before empty why u charge me for fuel
christopher mDropped off about an hour before opening hours of the drop-off location. A staff member just arriving volunteered to help me un-hook the trailer. Was very helpful.
MICHAEL LThe employee who was there moving vehicles around after the facility office was closed was AMAZINGLY helpful. After driving to three different drop off locations, two of which could not accommodate 26 foot trucks or a Hebron hauler, we were relieved to find this employee who told us to put the keys in the drop box and he would process the returns. Kudos to that employee! Shame on the Corporate office and management that cannot properly direct customers to proper drop off locations! This caused us undo stress, time and money. You CAN do better!!!
MARY BPlease see my above experience. If you are renting a vehicle which was been quoted, I would NOT increase that price upon pickup. I would also provide CORRECT drop off locations for rented vehicles, trailers and toy haulers. This will ensure that you get your rented vehicles returned in a timely manner and without frustrating your customers! I would also suggest that you provide working links or a real person to assist with vehicle rental and trailer returns. I await your offer to rectify your errors and the inconveniences caused to me and my family due to our poor experience with your company. Perhaps would you consider refunding us the cost of one of the 26 foot trucks and the toy hauler.
