Clean Attendant helped me right away Told him about check engine light. Turned uhaul in to 12 mile closer location cause I knew people who worked there. Instead of Parsons turned in to Thomas location. Would have to walk 15 miles up 3 mountains if returned in parsons. They were ok with me dropping off there.

DAVID GI was having trouble getting the hitch unhooked from my vehicle, and another customer assisted me. At the time there were three people behind the counter, but none of them offered assistance. Thankful for good neighbors. The only positive was the convenient location.
Charles HThey took forever to get us checked in, even though we had done everything online. Then they charged us for insurance that we didn't need, nor want. Once it was on the truck, the cables were broke and needed replaced. It was a mess. The Kidwells location in Davis is much more organized and helpful.

DONNIE DI was disappointed that I had to drive an hour and 15 minutes one way to pickup my Uhaul and was only notified 1 day before my pickup. I was told at this location that if I'm able to return the Uhaul, in New Bern, early I would be be reimbursed for the days not used.
BRYAN MThe people at Kidwel Auto in Parsons WV were terrible to deal with and rude. They have no business being a uhaul rental location.

Rodger WHave more clean trucks available. Needed a 26ft and they told me to drive to Thomas or Elkins to get one. Had to use a 20ft, that's the biggest truck they had available. The bad part is no one tells you they don't have it until the last minute. Also they wouldn't buy boxes back unless you saved the receipt, which they don't tell you that until it's too late! Sucks!
