Clean Attendant helped me right away Told him about check engine light. Turned uhaul in to 12 mile closer location cause I knew people who worked there. Instead of Parsons turned in to Thomas location. Would have to walk 15 miles up 3 mountains if returned in parsons. They were ok with me dropping off there.

DAVID G.I was having trouble getting the hitch unhooked from my vehicle, and another customer assisted me. At the time there were three people behind the counter, but none of them offered assistance. Thankful for good neighbors. The only positive was the convenient location.
Charles H.They took forever to get us checked in, even though we had done everything online. Then they charged us for insurance that we didn't need, nor want. Once it was on the truck, the cables were broke and needed replaced. It was a mess. The Kidwells location in Davis is much more organized and helpful.
