Mario MThe system was down. I had to call Uhaul Corp to make it happen. I was on the phone for 1,5 hrs and was hung up on/transferred to the same department twice. The last person I talked to was great. The owner of the location was nice.

Maher ZCouldn't find my records. Said I returned the truck late and needed to go to another location. Entered the mileage wrong and attempted to charge me $13,000. The gentleman tried his best to help me but the entire process was terrible. The system had errors and would not allow me to view my contract. I found an email showing I was correct but it was a mess.
Chris WVery unprofessional and dirty. Vehicle was dirty and the dolly was broken. The attire on these individuals was not suitable for a U-Haul representative. I will not recommend this location. The presence when I first walked up was sketchy.

Dwayne HDealer service ideal. Rented truck for two days. Someone from U-Haul, not the dealer, contacted me telling me l had to return the truck within 6 hours. Dealer took care of it. Will do business with him again.
Gary NWhen UHAUL returned my call when looking for a truck in my area, I was quoted 0,85/mi. When all was said and done, I thought my bill would be around 400. To my shock it was over 600. No one mentioned weekend prices of $1,29/mi. Thank God I filled the gas tank upon return, no telling how much they would have charged me!
Paula RTrailer was locked when I received it. Had to drive to other location for the lock to be removed so that I could utilize your equipment. The process took around 2 hours total.
Rick LI was charged for equipment I never got, furniture dolly as well as appliance dolly. Neither were ever in the truck and somehow I was still charged even though I have communicated this twice. The only additional equipment I got was 5 blankets.
Brian ECouldn't get the truck through online process. Fortunately someone was there to get the keys for me. Wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone when the store isn't open as the process for getting the keys through a cell phone was impossible for me.

Debra BCan you please explain to me why i was charged $186 to use a 15ft truck for 1 day? It was pucked up on the 25th approx 1pm and returned approx 11am on the 26th. Your website say 29,95/ day + the mileage fee. No one told me that "a day" was not really a day. I would like a refund!
Chris LDo not use Kilpatrick for any Uhaul rentals. I rented a car dolly from them and I asked what the width requirements were. He asked me what car I was going to put on the dolly and I told him the make, model and year were. He told me that the dolly would work. When we tried to load the car on the dolly it would not fit, it was too wide. I brought the dolly back to Kilpatrick and he asked me if the dolly did not work because I brought the dolly so quick. I told him the dolly did not work because the car's track was too wide and asked if he would credit the charges back to the credit card that I used to rent the dolly. He told me he could not do that since I left with the dolly, I said that you said the dolly would work and it did not work and I should be refunded. He refused and told me to call UHaul that he could not help me. I did call Uhaul's customer service and was credited back the rental charges. I have since used Uhaul, but will never used Kilpatrick again, He is a dishonest businessman and should not be representing Uhaul.

SABRINA DUpdate or perform preventive maintenance. trailer I got was ok but needs inspection on frame.
WILLIAM NThe location and proprietor was great but my experience this time with U-Haul overall was horrible!! It took me over an hour and a half to get my contract and the trailer due to Uhaul messing up my reservation. I had emailed confirmation and still they couldn't figure out what they had done wrong. Employee at local U-Haul was rude in person after keeping me on hold for nearly 15 minutes prior to me hanging up and driving there. I will look elsewhere next time.
KEVIN DPlace was dirty. Couldn't hardly open the door to get in the hitch and plug were full of mud. The person doing the rental agreement was slow.
Adam TMilage in truck was wrong, self check out would not let me upload pic to correct. Self check has become a pain in the butt. Could not check it back in thru app either. Not happy with uhaul.

Hong VThis location may set off the wrong impression at first glance as it also triples as a tire sales and firewood sales location. So it's a little untidy but the people there are great, I was not dissatisfied with the service there.

LINDA CThis was not the location of choice opening times for business did nit meet our schedule for loaders. Truck was not full of gas ran hot on our trip had to keep stopping to let truck cool down. Oil pressure gauge was very low and stayed there . These problems made a stressful trip.
Gloria KHandler was courteous and helpful. The truck was ready to go. I was in and out, no hassles. I got exactly what I needed here.
James DLet customers know that there is no ramp on a 10' truck. Made moving just a bit slower and harder.Would have gotten larger size.
LINDA JThey had a truck waiting for me after the place I was suppose to get one was closed. The gentleman was very efficient and courteous. He also gave me the bigger truck for a lesser price since the other was unavailable.

BRYAN GThe service at this location was excellent. My complaint is with uHaul policy and not this location. I rented one way and the mileage allowance by uHaul was too low and uHaul charged for extra mileage.

ROBERT DThis location was by far the worst I've been to. The parking lot was riddled with potholes, there were a bunch of cars for sale in the front, and the shop was no more than a trailer.

PATRICK JThis location appears to be a one man operation that keeps irregular hours. I asked for a 5PM Saturday pickup, and was switched to noon which was very inconvenient. He told me he would be open until 3:30 PM. I arrived about 2:50 and was told he was closing up. I was able to pickup the trailer but it was a very unprofessional experience.
JAMES MThe Uhaul site doubles as a used car lot. The Uhaul man was not there but the used car salesaman told me he would take care of it....the busuness barely had a sign on it. The lot was bumpy.....I would take away the Uhaul business from this place.

ED GDoes not apply to this location; when a customer calls for info, the info given should be more accurate because i called before i came and almost did not get a truck but it worked out but I am a cancer patient and really do not need the stress.
carol pThe employee didn't know how to hook up the car dolly properly. The alignment was off on the truck. I had to fight it for 500 miles.
