RANDALL GGentleman on duty was helpful and courteous. Parking lot is difficult to navigate but part of that is that it's at a busy intersection and that can't be helped.

Stacy PNo staff, difficult to get into and out of. Too many cars and lawn mowers (i'm assuming all were there for repairs) to be able to maneuver around the Uhaul equipment for all the inspections needed and difficult to return equipment back into the position that it was taken
Russell BIrene Daniel Hanc for three days and I was late extra two hours and you charge me extra one day for rental insurance and a rental as well. I really disappointed about those two hours of you driving for Hall Dione. I would like to get this money back for that day.

Rita WThe equipment ran and functioned properly. However, it was absolutely filthy and disgusting in the cab. The back had not been swept out. The check out process was a nightmare. I kept taking pictures and they were rejected time and time again. After 30 minutes (exhausted from the heat and moving) I finally called and spent another 15 minutes of the phone to finish the check out process. Overall, I have always had a positive experience with U-Haul. I truly believe this was just a isolated incident.

Alijah NVan had a weak battery, turned engine over very slow. Manager said he'd already reported it, and that someone from U-Haul came out and tested it and said it was fine. It's not. That battery is going to leave someone stranded somewhere.

Renee SNever had any trouble with uhaul until rented a van at location in Maryville, IL. Left my car at empty spot and left location for my trip. Drove half an hour and then received a phone call from the owner of the business connected to uhaul service. He said that my car needs to be removed or it will be towed. I turned around and drove all the way back to repair my car to closest gas station which was not safe to leave my car there. Spend an hour of my time and 60 miles extra drive. The uhaul location in Maryville, IL isn't friendly for their customers to park their cars. Highly disappointed. This bad experience made me look for other car rent company.

Jacqueline NI liked the location but I didn't like dealing with the guy that works there. He was very rude to me and told me different things than the 800 number. Just wasn't impressed with them.

christopher cWindow seal side window on passenger side of truck created a very annoying whistle when speed got over 50 mph. Had to crack window to diminish, so became very aggravating when window had to be closed. Not a location dealer's issue though. Dealer would not know unless someone had told him. I informed dealer at drop off location.
Loren HWow, what a great place. Very good communication everything was upfront and straightforward. Definitely renting a vehicle from him in the future.
Jay DCustomer service was great and vehicle was clean but the engine light was on for all 700 miles and the driver's side mirror could not be adjusted for a safe line of sight. It was loose and kept dropping down. That part was hazardous for changing lanes.
