Lost three hours of work . Still not done with moving my stuff . Thanks too the poor communication with the location of pick up as well as no cases too moving the truck out after I spent 1,5 hours trying too check in too access keys . Then the person who did show up at 8:10 am when I was told that they would be there by 8am . The 10 min late didn't seem like a big deal too the clerk it was a long 10 min after waiting in the dark in a not so great neighborhood in the middle of the morning and my move was a shit show because of the stress related too the poor communication from the pick up . The drop off was smooth and the customer service at the counter was ok . But my lord what a really horrible experience. I hoping they are paying fully for the truck . Also the gas meter was not recorded at the time of check in and it wasn't given any paper work after with a receipt of any kind .

no one there when I arrived, no sign on door. After looking around tire area for awhile found 1 guy. Said mgr out. Mgr arrived - no apology no nice greeting. I was told on phone I could use a cc of my mothers without having physically. When there I was told no. Girl/mgr was so rude. When returning - same girl very rude. I put n counter & she says all set. Never got a walk thru or saw final invoice in person. Then my credit card was charged couple hours later for all mileage even though I had pre/estimated & prepaid that estimate. My credit was not applied. I called in - guy said he'd check out me hold but I could hear two guys yelling at a customer for a while. No one ever got back on the phone. The storage rental place says they always hear bad reviews about this location. The worst customer service ever. Clearly needs new staff/mgr!!!

Have a person at the desk be someone with customer service experience. She may have to do the same thing every day with multiple people but for the customer she is the only person we have a transaction with and she was not approachable at all.

I only needed a truck with a ramp to load and move a washer and dryer I bought off Facebook Marketplace between Petaluma and Santa Rosa. This location worked for me and I parked on the street behind them. I didn't see any other street parking and it was a four hour parking where I was so if you need something longer while you are renting the truck I would suggest you have someone drop you off to pick it up and take it back. Otherwise the clerk was very friendly and the truck was clean and ready when I got there for my reserved pick up time. The appliance dolly was in like new condition and was a godsend. Ended up being way less expensive than what people were quoting me to have the set delivered. I would definitely use them again and would probably choose to specifically go back to this location just for the service.

The entire rental process consisted of nothing but your lies, no truck anywhere close, and then charging me the additional miles to drive nearly four hours to get a truck. Couldn't possibly have been worse.

The whole experience was great. The guy at Kings tire even offered me different packages for my higher mileage move. Super easy pickup and drop off

As well as the car trailer, I rented a 15' truck at another Kings Tires location in Santa Rosa. It's pickup was by UHaul app and lockbox and this proved to be problematic - complicated if you don't have an iphone, so we used a friend's - having to take several pictures of the equipment, getting the lockbox code - hard to hear on a busy street. The person helping us by phone, Claudia, was wonderfully patient and understanding. We could not have done it without her. I would not try to pick up a rental at a closed location again (Sunday). The equipment worked well.

They changed my reservation by an hour without telling me. I paid guys for sitting around for an hour. I'll never use U haul again.

There was no customer service. They handed me the key and pointed at the truck. When I told them it "rattles" they were not concerned. Truck was dirty inside and out. No instruction given regarding truck.

Complimentary coffee in the morning. The family that runs Kings tires and uhaul rentals. Have been easy to work with . All paper work is quick and easy. Excellent.

The van was serviceable but it was dirty. The windows had smudges and the windshield wiper controls didn't work properly. That made it nerve wracking driving in the rain storm. The back doors also had some minor issues.

Truck interior was dirty from previous renter . Mud on floors . Etc. I didn't care I just didn't want to get blame for it . Also had paint or something like that all over front end and hood . Truck was great to drive gas was t bad . Overall was great . Girl in office was awesome .

U-Haul people in Santa Rosa and Sacramento were excellent as usual. What made the difference between this trip and the last one was a newer truck, approximately 10 000 miles on the odometer, that ran and steered. well. The previous truck was a nightmare.

I went to this location AFTER my first scheduled location was closed even though my reservation and scheduled pick up was all set up a week ahead of time with the call of confirmation the Friday before. . The person I spoke to at the FIRST location when I arrived said their location was closed and directed me to go to a different uhaul location. This was a HUGE issue for me and my family as we had a strict schedule for our move. This situation created a major time delay in our move, longer travel mileage along with extra costs which were not credited to me at all. I was still required to pay all the costs along with extra mileage costs. Kings tires was good. Quick and helpful. My advice for anyone renting a uhaul would be to TRIPLE confirm your reservation and location. Even if you have text, emails and a phone call to confirm everything. I had it all and it still created major issues and costs for me and my family.

Everything was good about the location but the lights on the truck need changing. The passenger side headlight is particularly dim.

I got charged to fill up the whole gas tank instead of just replacing the gas that I used. The customer service was terrible. I was waiting for 15mins and no one came to help with the drop off. I went outside and looked to see if someone could help me and he was just on his phone not helping any of the people in the lobby. Worst U-haul service I've ever had.

I was told that there was 1/8 of gas in vehicle , but the gauge was actually below empty. I had to put gas in before I used the truck. It would have been helpful to have had gas in the truck when I picked it up.

Both places pick up in Grant's pass oregon and drop off in Santa Rosa California were great.

Location is questionable; tire shop. Equipment was fine but last users garbage was not cleaned. Did not like the drivers license phone scan; lots of potential security issues. Was redirected to http (not secure) and not to https site (secure)

Picking up vehicle was straightforward and the truck was in good working order and relatively clean. They were dishonest regarding gas levels and amount of gallons needed to purchase upon return of vehicle. Dismissive, rude, and chauvanistic customer service by all three men working the counter today. I've never felt so threatened or uncomfortable as a customer of a business. They repeatedly helped other people in the middle of my transaction and despite my pleading wouldn't close out my rental so I could leave. It was simply disgusting. These guys should be hidden away in a shop, not customer facing. There are plenty of other places in town to rent a Uhaul, go to any of them over this place.

i feel like i got ripped off!! yes, it's my responsibility to watch my money and and i still feel i was ripped off. this was supposed to be an inexpensive move when i fact, it's one of my most expensive half-day moves ever!!!!!!!!! never again will i use u-haul nor recommend you.

Location was easy to pick up/drop off. People we nice. Truck was very messy and not maintained. My husband had an issue closing the driver door properly so it wouldn't fly open while he drove.

100 % excellent experience. The man at the desk is gifted in friendliness, knowledge and skill. Tremendous value. Low cost. The equipment is well built and well maintained.

In have been in the Customer Service Field for over 40 years... My experience with the person taking my reservation that I had already made online. Was less than stellar, I felt as if I was an inconvenience and that my information that was online was in question, especially after I presented my ID and Credit Card. Also, I was asked to give a separate person for contact. I am not nor have ever been a convict, but felt that way. I will not be return to that store for rentals in the future, nor will I refer anyone. I will not placated to nor I'm I an unremarkable individual. Thank you very much for taking into consideration my evaluation. Respectfully

The rental was great and very easy to pickup/return. The only thing I would mention was that the windshield was very dirty when I picked up the van so I had to wash it when I fueled up. Not really an issue for me and I would rent from this location again.

There were challenges with checking into the app. The customer service person at the facility was not able to assist since it was a Uhaul issue. Internet at the location was not very good, so there were longer challenges. Had to call Uhaul support line and said to use website. Website took long process. Finally after an hour from the time I made the appointment I got the Uhaul. It was not this difficult before. I have rented Uhauls many times. Reserve the truck, check in, check out, and return.

I didn't get the dolleys I had requested and also the furniture wraps. So a bit disappointed but would be good if the items would be made available in person if it is available online.
