I returned the truck with a full gas level and still charged $8.39. I tried to call the office but there was no response.

Paul FExcellent service with the check in team - super easy pick up and super easy after hours drop off.
Sara SIt's a one-man show. The guy running it is very friendly and working very hard but he was just shortstaffed. I'm a business owner myself and know how incredibly difficult it is to find people worth hiring. But with the location closing on S. Santa Rosa Blvd., this place is maxed out and it's not convenient to get to a trailer or return a trailer or truck, it's overcrowded, there's one person trying to do it all and until that changes, it was a one and done trip for me. I won't be going back to Santa Rosa for my U-Haul rentals until the company actually helps this guy tried to manage it get some people. None of this is his fault.
