The pickup was much farther than I was originally told it would be and the staff on hand was entirely useless. The guy was talking on the phone with his boss the whole time and I had to do literally everything myself. While a surprise, this was not a major issue for me since I've done this before but for someone who doesn't have the experience, it would have been a nightmare and possibly dangerous.

Waiting for deposit to return to my card
RONALD BI am not sure whose fault it was exactly, but the milage was recorded wrong. They said i traveled over 1000 miles in 3 hrs... i was charged $1214! Completely wiped my bank account before Christmas and bills being taken out... "accidents" like this can really mess with someone's livelihood. It will take 3 to 5 business days for the money to go back into my account. Definitely felt like this service should have been completely free at this point, but my husband was the one who dealt with costumer service.

They also had the trialed on the ground on a hill so I was unable to lift it in order to get it on the hitch of my vehicle. After struggling for 2-3 times I asked the employee on their phone if they had someone that could help and she proceeded to scream for help across the parking lot.

Scott WIf renting a trailer, it could be stored in the low laying grass off of the higher gravel driveway, meaning you will have to have two strong persons to lift the tongue up 20+" without assistance from the rental location. Good selection of trailers, about the worst possible placement trailer storage/pick up. Office staff welcoming.

Lori BTrailers need to be parked on a level surface this was the only trailer available and it was parked off the gravel and it had sunken in the mud. I literally had to connect a chain to the trailer and drag it out with my truck on to the gravel and or a more level surface.

Jennifer MLocation did not have me sign contract and added the insurance that I rejected when I made the reservation. Called Location and they told me that I had to call uhaul to get reimbursement after I had already started trip. Signature was forged on contract and was scanned and sent to me after... never saw it at time of rental.
