The employee I dealt with was more worried about answering her FaceTime call than actually helping me. They also had the trialed on the ground on a hill so I was unable to lift it in order to get it on the hitch of my vehicle. After struggling for 2-3 times I asked the employee on their phone if they had someone that could help and she proceeded to scream for help across the parking lot.

Scott WIf renting a trailer, it could be stored in the low laying grass off of the higher gravel driveway, meaning you will have to have two strong persons to lift the tongue up 20+” without assistance from the rental location. Good selection of trailers, about the worst possible placement trailer storage/pick up. Office staff welcoming.
