mathew E.Asian individual who was there during pick up was extreeeemely rude. I was taking a video of the condition of the truck i was renting, noting all damage when he came out and started rushing me. He said pictures weren't necessary because it was his truck. He also kept saying move move truck move truck now because he was trying to rush me out to get the next individuals drop off in the spot i was occupying. Extremely rude during drop off as well. The truck was filthy inside and out with only half a tank of gas. No customer service whatsoever, no thanks as a courtesy. Horrible horrible customer service

gary J.I think this location is very attentive to the customers needs. They are very understanding in the event that a customer requires an extension on a rental. Area of improvement, answering phone calls in a timely manner. I had to call three and four times before someone would answer the phone.
Richard C.If i could rate this sinclair station lower than zero, i would. we were told by uhaul, when we called, to deliver truck here because it was open until 7. we arrived about 5:10, and there was note on window "back in 25 minutes." we waited half hour before some guy showed up and then he told us he closed at 5.. why the heck were we TOLD it was open until 7. either Uhaul sadly negligent in giving information or the guy lied to you. i'll never use uhaul again, and my kids, both in 20s, will be moving multiple times yet when i'll be helping. this fiasco undoubtedly cost uhaul thousands of dollars in future fees i would have, but no longer will, pay.

DeAnna M.My merchant account was compromised and bank account was locked I was literally around the corner and had the retailers permission to get caught up on bill by weekend due to my account being locked then come back from bank after talking to them and trying to get it unlocked to find my lock had been cut and the U-Haul gone thought someone stole it reported it to retailer he was even unaware David and Stacy did this. My friend Called and was immediately berated and called names by David, when Stacy called and spoke to my friend her attitude was no better. These people should not be representing any company.

Jara P.Rear tire had to be changed due to a chunk missing out of the sidewall. Front driver side tire was bald. All 4 tires were 15-20 lbs under inflated. Low oil light was on. Clearly the truck with 31k miles had never been serviced, and operating it was unsafe.

Frank Y.I would definitely like to talk to someone in customer service, because I was also given the wrong dolly to start. We also had to push the refit the rubber around the passenger door because it was not set and letting lots of air in.
Jordan G.clean truck, there were empty cans in front driving area. Verify truck has a full tank of gas. Mine was only 3/4 full and I ended up paying for too much gas ($40 for a 30 mile use). Inform renter to take pictures up front. There was no damage but I didn't see the email regarding checking for damage until after I returned the vehicle.
Joan K.I have had the worst experience with Uhaul. We had to fill up the tank just to leave the lot and were overcharged. When I tried to email someone about this, they apologized and gave us a $28 refund. Im super disappointed and will never use Uhaul again in fear that I will be overcharged again with no help.

Jared M.U-Haul did permit me to dropoff at my location of choice at the end of move day which I greatly appreciate. The online self-return web page for after hours drop off doesn't seem to support a self checkin process, so I called U-Haul and waited on hold for 40 min to give them mileage, fuel, and dropoff off location. Seems like there is plenty of room for app/web page improvements around self return. Overall, the experience the day of the move was an excellent one; truck was fairly new and clean as well as easy to drive. I would choose U-Haul again for my next move.
