Brandi SWhen I got to where I was picking up the car the RF trailer wheel, tire and brake drum were missing. When I picked it up I backed up and the attendant hooked everything up. Obviously they hadn't checked the trailer over before I picked it up. They didn't have another trailer so they had me tow it down to their main lot which is in a horrible location under the highways where I70 and I25 meet. Ordeal cost me 2 hours and I received no discount like the guy at the store where I picked it up promised. Bad experience and poor value.

Thomas VI reserved a 20 foot truck and the reservation at the location showed up as a 10 foot truck. My confirmation showed a 20 foot truck and I showed the location manager, but they only had a 15 foot truck. I do not blame the location, but I do blame the online reservation service. I tried to call and was directed to the online reserving. Once my reservation was made the confirmation email came back with a different location than I requested.

Scott BU-Haul advertised off hours mobile check in via the Uhaul app. App requested I scan the barcode upon arrival at the pick up location but there is no barcode. Luckily the gas station just opened and the person inside arrived earlier than normal and he was able to help me gain access to the truck assigned to me. Had he not been early to work yesterday it may have been very troublesome getting access to the truck

gregory mPicked up the truck with 1/4 tank, and provider refused to fill. Did not have one of the two furniture dollies I paid for. They failed to provide a refund. They were very rude and unwilling to help. At a bare minimum, the trucks should be left full, picked up full and dropped back off full. Not trying to 'estimate' how much gas you will need / use. It was a terrible experience all around. Will never use again.

Brandon WI used uhaul last year around the same time for the listed price for rental. I feel I paid around $45 for about 4-5 hours. We even put gas in it as requested. 9/23 we rented again from uhaul for the same vehicle, however this time we were chsrge
