PATRICK MINORTrucks and trailers are on a dirt lot with limited access. It works but nothing like a U-Haul facility.

John HaskellThe drop-off location is not well displayed. The only helpful detail was the building number. No markings to pick up or drop off. So I left the unit parked along what I thought was the front of the building. I can't say anything about the staff as I drop the unit off at the closing hour of 5 pm.

I had to go down the road to another uhaul and she was very nice and helpful. Called the area manager, who came pretty quickly and helped us get into the truck we had rented. They were both great!

MITCH HAYNESOriginal reservation at Blackwell Uhaul had to be transferred due to truck not being available. Lost about 1 1/2 hours of moving due to having to be brought out to second site to get a truck. No dollys, no pads, nothing ordered available despite having requested a week in advance. Due to lack of equipment, cost me an additional $300.00. Very disappointed.

Gerald ChappellLocation wasn't the problem. The app is terrible. You shouldn't have to share your location just for the app to have to work. And if you use the app to pick it up on your phone. But have another authorized driver and he returns it. Your phone still has to be at the location other wise your going to be calling to get your final price

Todd TrosclairWent to pickup the truck, no one there when they were suppose to open. Called number on door, left message and no one called back. Returned the truck 1 hour before they were supposed to close and no one was there. Had problems using the online return software and there was Noone there. Ask one if the neighboring businesses if they knew when someone would be there and was told sometimes they come in and sometimes they don't.
David ReddPositioned unit where told, in the mud. The only individual came out and said I would receive an email with the information about the charges. Nothing thing received so far, but it's only been 12 hours.

KENNETH DRAKEFigure out U-haul 24/7. If it wasn't for the owner at KMc, my move would've been ruined. The 24/7 thing and the customer support handling it just made everything worse.
Ignacio RodriguezThere wasn't any issues with the location but I'm pretty upset with uhaul themselves. It took me two separate days and several hours to rent a uhaul because of their flawed checkout process. Someone with my exact id number in another state owed money so i was flagged. Improvements need to be made to their system because moving is a headache enough
