I was told my assigned 10ft truck had 3/8 tank of gas. When I got in the truck the gas indicator was UNDER the E and low fuel light on. I refused the truck. The 2nd truck they assigned me gas indicator was ON the E! Then was told if I bring it back with 1/4 tank I will get a discount. Not happy! It was very inconvenient. This should have been checked before renting it especially for the price you have to pay. I expected more than a $20 discount.

Easier to follow phone pick up directions. It took about 1 hrs after contacting a human to help getting the truck. She had to reset for correct time it was a mess.

Unit 39 shouldn't be rented to senior citizens. The slope of the cement is tooooo unmanageable for elderly people ‼️ Sincerely

We cleaned the truck up appropriately and the lady that checked up in was efficient and friendly. This was an appropriate experience. The hickory,nc location is a big box store experience.. a Walmart of rental trucks,, but, was a convenient location. That's what they they had going for them. On the phone Steve was helpful. None of this was his fault.

I had to take my own weed eater down and clear the front of my unit. Everything was always dirty and dirt on the concrete. The spring on the door was bad and had to secure it myself so it wouldn't close on me. I left the unit cleaner then I found it when we moved our stuff in.

Diving thru the drives to the units is like being in a fun house, It is so tight and bad it felt like the tuck was going to roll. how they ever got this passed by a inspetor is amazing. Stayed 2 weeks and moved my stuff.

Might consider Cruze Control on the vehicles. If driving any long distance would not like for wire speeding or driving slower.

Truck was dirty. Windshield wipers need to be replaced. Truck had a lot of miles on it but ran well. No cruise control????

Give me the money overcharged for your bad calculations on mileage. I'm glad I returned a day before I had to. Or I can't even imagine how much you would charge me 

The area and rooms are dirty. We had to set traps to kill mice, rats, lizards, and rattlesnakes. We let the management know but they did nothing. The entrance gate was stuck open for weeks. It's really tight trying to get around in the facility.

Don't tell a customer 24 hours in advance that you don't have equipment they reserved over a month ago. I could have saved over $1000 renting thru budget if I had been willing to get my equipment from Vegas. Instead I chose uhaul to stay convenient and in town. But I still had to drive 1 1/2 hours away to get my truck and transport. Then at pickup in golden valley, the lady tried giving us two trucks that had flat tires. Our transport ended up needing a new tire. After my experience, I deserve some compensation. This company charges people a lot of money. And we're already in a tight situation. I should t have to pay for that transport, and I should receive a significant discount.

Once again I'm thankful for my local U-Haul rental agency. I needed to move a motorcycle and they furnished a trailer made to do just that. The employee was friendly, helpful and assisted me to hook the trailer to my pickup truck. Upon return she was again right there to assist dropping the trailer and to make sure I was fully satisfied.

Facility and equipment were very clean. Equipment was ready upon my arrival. Staff was very helpful in hookin up equipment to my pickup truck. When returned, staff made sure I had a good experience. I will highly recommend this location and use them again.

Have trailers ready and safety checked. Had i flat and two tires worn down to the wear bars. Also light wire was worn and cracked.

Employee lady was not helpful at all, went in for a pick up i greeted myself and she didn't, she immediately gave dirty looks to me and the people i was with, she gave me the keys and said uhaul was next to the fence i had to figure out which one since there was more than 2 uhauls next to the fence. Uhaul front window was extremely dirty i cleaned it myself two times. She gave me the wrong contract paper and i had to call the uhaul customer service number. Overall bad customer service from the kokopelli storage location in Golden Valley.

My truck was not at the location I rented from, so I had to go to this location . When I got it and tried to fill gas, the gas cap would not open. Gas attendant told me to return the truck it was jammed . I drove the the closest Haul instead of adding so much mileage to return the truck when they didn't have any others there . The Uhaul I drive to , did not help me at all . I had to wait 2 hours for roadside . Right off the bat the experience was awful . I was charged for extra hours and mileage due to the problems with the truck .

DJ was very friendly, sweet, and helpful. Side note- U-Hauls are hard to drive when you are only 4 ft 11.

I recommend when ever renting a trailer or car hauler inflate tires to recommend rate car hauler 55 psi Never assume that it was done ,this will greatly improve your mpg On my truck pulling a tam-den trailer i got 16 mpg

I called and left message never got a call back, but stopped on my way out and they had what I needed.. Was nice and helpful, but it would have been nice if I knew before I left my house that they had what I needed. Luckily I was going in that direction.

Hire people that know how to maintain the equipment loaded my wives car on the trailer went 33 miles had a blowout we had to wait two and a half hours to get it replaced and as for the lady who rented it to me she had the personality of a nat

We had this unit for a year and it mailbox for over a year. All our packages were handled with no incidents and our storage units were clean and dry! The manager is a very nice woman and knew us by our names and unit numbers, highly recommend!

The drawback was the layout of the units. The slope of the ground dictated a too narrow road which was angled down on one side and the other was not flat but wavy. Hard to load unit and worse to unload. Otherwise all was good.

Criminals! DON't PAY IN ADVANCE!!! NO REFUNDS!! (read the fine print because they won't tell you upfront they will take your money and if you ask for one tell you "its in the contract". I paid 3 months in advance ( $450 cash) and never even entered the property or even looked at my unit because after 3 weeks of trying in vane to get someone to help me move my stuff from los angeles i decided to wait until summer . After i explained my situation i asked for a refund of the remaining 2 months but she told me NO REFUNDS SORRY! BAD BUSINESS !!

I was with these guys for around 8 months, I never had a late payment one time. Yet that didn't change them from putting locks on my unit 1 or 2 days before my payment was due.
