Lynna L | Expérience généraleThe staff was very helpful and courteous
Christine M | Expérience généraleWould be nice to have an advance notice a few days ahead of getting locked out of the facility??? I would have been out by then and saved myself 120.00 in fees ?? Probably did it on purpose just for the extra money or get to keep what was in the unit ??
RICK S | Expérience généraleSince early 2025, with my first Contact with the store they have been friendly and available with my needs. I was getting a lot of packages delivered at the beginning because I had just moved here. Got to know the employees very well. They've always been kind to me. I had a storage unit for a couple months and it was clean and my stuff was perfectly fine when I picked it up. Easy access to come and go. I also had a PMB with them. Super easy access at any time 24/7. Only reason I gave up my PMB with them was because I ended up getting my mailbox put up. Love this place. I've never had experience with renting a U-Haul or dropping one off there, but I have seen people in there renting and dropping off, so I would imagine that their service with that is excellent as well. Highly recommended!
Laura L | Expérience généraleI couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service as well as the professionalism and personable attitude exhibited by the friendly staff. My questions and concerns were well received and promptly attended to. Thank You!
Tom T | Expérience généraleIt’s a bit hard to put big vehicles in the unit area but we managed. The folks were very nice and helpful. They call you to make payments and that was okay too. I would recommend this if you need to store stuff. Safe and secure. Thank you!
Linda R | Expérience généraleCriste was a great help our storage rental, trailer rental and mail she is a Knowledgeable , Courteous and friendly We will miss her.
Steve M | Expérience généraleLady that checked me in was wonderful !!!! It was a little difficult to get the big uhaul back there due to the concrete being so uneven but manage to get it done thank you so much
Kellie R | RéservationKristi was very helpful and very nice
ALBERT G | Expérience généraleFind someplace else to go to. Mice & Roaches in storage units. Missing packages. They don't return deposits. And have the most unpleasant women at the desk. You get what you pay for at this place. Low class dump.
Jennifer S | Expérience généraleThe only issue was the uneven pavment.
John R | Expérience généraleCourteous staff...happy with service
Jack P | Expérience généraleThe staff were awesome. If something came up they were always ready to handle it. It was overall an excellent experience. Thanks to them all.
Edward M | Expérience généraleOnly one employee was always nice, professional, and treated me like a valued customer. Her name is Judy. She is the only thing good about Kokopelli storage in Golden Valley, Arizona. On the day that I emptied and swept out my storage unit the other lady was yelling at me and caused my car to get hit my the gates closing on me and then she refused to do any closing paperwork.
Crystal L | Expérience généraleStorage was full of spiders and mice. Weeds were present throughout property. The ground is awkwardly slanted making loading and unloading difficult. Staff was nice.
christina M | Expérience généraleMy unit was burglarized.
Philip M | Expérience généralegreat people
Betty A | Expérience généraleUnit 39 shouldn't be rented to senior citizens. The slope of the cement is tooooo unmanageable for elderly people ‼️ Sincerely
Lynn S | Expérience généraleThe staff at this unit was very helpful and helped us with good suggestions. This facility did very well for my needs. Very friendly. and business oriented...went over everything to my understanding. Thank you
