The lady that runs this place is the most caring and friendly person we have dealt with when renting UHauls. Trust me come to her location before going to the big Uhaul store - the Gillette Uhaul Warehouse is horrible to deal with. ALWAYS stick with the home town lady at KP Management you will be very happy with her.

You should make your surveys more general, about U-Haul not about the distributors for U-Haul. The location that I picked up, the truck was fine and the people really friendly. The dealing with the U-Haul corporation is an absolute nightmare. The Customer Service folks are very friendly and very helpful, but they're making up for a lack of corporate responsibility. If I had actually been given the truck that I reserved, my move would've been relatively stress-free, and I wouldn't have had to throw out items that wouldn't fit in the smaller truck.

We needed a 6'X12' trailer to move some furniture. The Gillette Wyoming store had just what we needed. We were in and out in a few minutes and on our way. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this location.
