Very efficient, kind, and helpful personnel! May need to check tire tread; one tire was good, but other tire had minimal tread.depth. Informed attendant in Virginia drop-off location. It did pull well without any issues for 2000 miles through torrential rain, wind, and lots of construction. Thank you for the excellent service!

The truck promised was not there on pick up day to we had to get trailer and a smaller truck making our 1800 mile trek not fun. The smaller truck could not handle hills and big rigs pushing us all day on the interstate. Sure the office is nice but that small truck high rev and was under powered. I wish there was a Penske in Gillette.
