The location was a little out of the way, but it was accessible. The lady was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

We had forgotten to remove a lock from the trailer. Your policy of not letting them cut it off is unfair since I have my card on file and understood any damage would be charged. It cost me $85 to have a locksmith remove it since I was already 800 miles away.

I reserved the U-Haul weeks in advance. Days before pick up I was told my pickup would be changed to a location a mile from my original. The morning of my pickup I was told it was no longer there and I was going to have to drive 16 miles in the opposite direction of my 11 hour journey. So it added and hour total to my trip since traffic that direction in a metroplex was the whole reason I booked with the other U-Haul location. I was only given a $30 credit. But was told I would get more if I returned it before the 4 days they entered into the system. I received nothing back and ended up paying over $300 for this experience. So no I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I do not have a problem with the location. This was not my choice but your choice for me. The location by my home did not have my reservation because someone did not return the truck. I had to drive out my way to another location to get another truck which cost me more money because the movers were waiting on me. I have a 2 hour minimum but the extra hour waiting costed me more money. I will tell everyone to get the Uhaul truck one day and move the next day ONLY if you are NOT driving out of town...But I was...Inconveniences cost time, time costs money, especially if you don't have. Uhaul wasted my time and cost me money. NOT HAPPY!!!

Actually refreshing... rare these days to find such a dedicated professional, that exhibits pride in their workplace, paid attention to the smallest details to make sure my needs were met, has great manners, and made me feel like I was a valued client.

Location was too far from my unloading and down worn county roads. Too more time out of an already tight schedule and then nobody there to assist with furniture pads. Literally down a back country road with nothing nearby. Frustrating as I passed many other closer locations that could have taken the truck. It should not be on the customer to help u-haul better position their fleet by sending you out of your way.

We called Krum storage on short notice and was met with friendly and helpful staff, who accommodated our storage needs. Could not have asked for a better experience.

They have decided to continue charging my card for 4 months after moving. Have acknowledged that they screwed up and keep telling me they are waiting on accounting or the owner before giving my money back. Now, they won't answer my calls either. I am disgusted with the incompetence of this property who can't have someone at the office regularly or even answer the phone while robbing people and making excuses. Small claims court my be my only option at this point.

Wet nice storage area. We were very pleased with the area and up keep. We discovered that we did not need a storage area after all but they were very accommodating.

A little off beaten path but still easy enough to get to the location. Very clean location and the staff were very helpful in getting us checked in and on our way in just a matter of minutes. If in the area and don't want to deal with traffic in Denton, TX then I'd definitely recommend heading to Krum, TX which is just a few minutes drive away and visit the Krum Self Storage.

I called the 800# when I reached my destination city to inquire about a drop off location and Kyle the rep was a complete failure for the U-Haul brand. Made a 5 minute call (did it last month) take almost an hour. Once we were transferred to the last rep she was very knowledgeable and handled the situation quickly.

I ordered 48 moving blankets but they were not in truck when I picked up. I had to send someone back at 9 am to get the movers blankets when store opened. Which delayed my move.

With the exception of rodents going into my storage and chewing my belongings the staff was great.

I used this storage facility for over a year and it's always been clean. The staff on hand are very attentive to your needs. It is located off major state highway and acessable anytime.

I and my sister were so grateful that Krum Self Storage was available, on short notice back in 2012, as a place where we could store our parent's belongings. Thank you for your excellent service.

Our RV was broken into 3X. Police reports were filed. Losses in the thousands. Batteries, propane tanks, etc. stolen; structural damage & personal loss. Ownership only offered 1 month free: $38

They made checking in and obtaining my unit number so easy. I was not going to be able to make it there in time after work and they let me do it all over the phone. Great location in krum.

Everything was good .. but when I booked the y-haul the person didn't leasspcr to what I needed at all ! And Thr location to pick up ended up being switched on me last minute! Luckily the guy where I picked it up was nice and knowledgeable !
