Shawna and Carey (please don't judge spelling!) were fantastic throughout my tenure at the unit. They regularly kept me updated on the status of the units. When it came to the logistics and juggling of the move-out process, they were communicative and flexible at every step. I've been actively recommending the Krum location to friends.

Great property, plenty of options for your storage needs, multiple unit sizes available as well as climate controlled units. Always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and is always able to accommodate our storage needs. I highly recommend Krum Self Storage.

Have acknowledged that they screwed up and keep telling me they are waiting on accounting or the owner before giving my money back. Now, they won't answer my calls either. I am disgusted with the incompetence of this property who can't have someone at the office regularly or even answer the phone while robbing people and making excuses. Small claims court my be my only option at this point.
