Krum Texas location is great! It does need improving. It does need a medal.
Wet nice storage area. We were very pleased with the area and up keep. We discovered that we did not need a storage area after all but they were very accommodating.
A little off beaten path but still easy enough to get to the location. Very clean location and the staff were very helpful in getting us checked in and on our way in just a matter of minutes. If in the area and don't want to deal with traffic in Denton, TX then I'd definitely recommend heading to Krum, TX which is just a few minutes drive away and visit the Krum Self Storage.
I called the 800# when I reached my destination city to inquire about a drop off location and Kyle the rep was a complete failure for the U-Haul brand. Made a 5 minute call (did it last month) take almost an hour. Once we were transferred to the last rep she was very knowledgeable and handled the situation quickly.

I ordered 48 moving blankets but they were not in truck when I picked up. I had to send someone back at 9 am to get the movers blankets when store opened. Which delayed my move.
With the exception of rodents going into my storage and chewing my belongings the staff was great.
I used this storage facility for over a year and it's always been clean. The staff on hand are very attentive to your needs. It is located off major state highway and acessable anytime.
I and my sister were so grateful that Krum Self Storage was available, on short notice back in 2012, as a place where we could store our parent's belongings. Thank you for your excellent service.
Our RV was broken into 3X. Police reports were filed. Losses in the thousands. Batteries, propane tanks, etc. stolen; structural damage & personal loss. Ownership only offered 1 month free: $38.00

Everything was good .. but when I booked the y-haul the person didn't leasspcr to what I needed at all ! And Thr location to pick up ended up being switched on me last minute! Luckily the guy where I picked it up was nice and knowledgeable !

Easy drop off after one phone call to let them know we were coming.
I was charged $8.50 refueling charge for no reason. The employee that checked in my truck argued with me for more than 20 minutes. He said I wasn't completely to 7/8 full my pictures show I clearly was. I will be making a phone call to U-Haul requesting my $8.50 be refunded. I have pictures I can show and prove I refuled the truck to the proper level. Thanks

The service at this facility is excellent. All the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, and they assisted me with both the equipment return and setting up an appropriate storage unit. I'm very thankful I came to this facility.

Needed help loading and unloading and the group she got to help did a fantastic job cutting my time to load and unload in a third. Thanks.
Next time have the truck at the location promised and not have me drive from one location to another. And please also have me drop the truck off at the storage location and not have to unload in a storage yall gave me in one location and have to drop the truck off at another location please then still charge me for being 1/16 under fuel after driving an extra 30 miles.

They had the trailer I wanted ready to go, helped me hook it up, and helped me unhook on my return. Great service.
Only frustrating part was we initially reserved the truck at the main u-haul facility in Denton on I 35 which was two blocks from our destination. However had to drive 15 miles Krum location for pick up. The Krum site was fine just not very convenient.
The people at this storage/uhaul facility go above and beyond to help. They are truly amazing and I will recommend them any chance I get.
The people were very knowledgeable and thorough, checking all of the lights, making sure the brake chain was shorter than the other two chains, etc. VERY good service, good inspection of trailer before and after use,

I will be recommending this rental facility due to the staff and easy location. Julie Patterson really stood out as an employee dedicated to making sure everything went well and made sure all paperwork and charges were correct. A true asset and should be recognized for her dedication to customer service.
More available trailers. There were 2 auto dollys and no other trailers or trucks when I dropped the trailer I had rented.
this was a quick, last minute rental decision - I was lucky to be able to book via your mobile app - arrived at location close to closing time and the guy running the place was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable with the truck before I left
