Nothing to improve. TJ was hands down absolutely amazing from start to finish. Was a huge help. He even offered and sent help to unload the truck. I rented the truck on Friday and was rushed to the hospital. TJ came to my house to see how I was feeling and to see how the unloading was coming along.TJ went over and beyond. I highly recommend people to deal with TJ at that location. Kudos TJ. Keep up the amazing work and thank you again for everythingMike M.

Hadn't realized till moving day there is more then one u haul in my little town. While I had changed the pickup time a couple of times the week prior....message was lost/not acted upon. suggestion: the online search did not indicate there was more than one location. So here I was talking to location A....and the rental turned out to be location B. Found this out on moving day. Worse yet...phone either not answered or voicemail at 9,3am! Would that make you happy? Hopefully...I won't be moving again for a while.mike L.

I realize September is one of the busiest times for uhaul, however, our reservation was made well in advance of our date. Reservation made for 9am and confirmed. Help was hired to make move quicker. At 9am I showed up and was told an email or text had been sent delaying pickup to 11 am. No such email or text was ever received. I was to be called as soon as rental was returned. No call was received. I attended at noon and truck was sitting in lot. Our help sat for 3 hrs waiting a rental truck that was over three hours delayed. I know uhaul has no trouble renting due to demand. But it should not be an acceptable practice to have people following your booking policy months in advance only to have last mi use expenses incurred due to lack of consideration for your customers time and money. Reason I would recommend uhaul to a friend, it is the only game in town..tyna N.
When I had booked the truck months ago I had booked the truck for 2 days. Two days before I picked it up, UHaul changed my pickup location to be 45 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was moving to, which was fine but I think it also switched my drop-off time to 8am on the following day rather than the end of the day. I got an angry call from this location stating that I was late, berating me as if I had stolen the truck. Totally unprofessional. I brought back the truck ASAP because I felt bad for the family that was waiting for it, but the owner of the location that called me was probably the least professional person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.Justin F.

Your mobile check in is a joke glitchy slow unresponsive. Also I shouldn't have to take a bunch of pictures and watch a video when checking in. That could have all be done when reserving the truck.Derek K.

I booked a 15 foot truck and was notified the day before pick up it wasn't available and I could only get a 10 foot truck. Very frustrating as 10 ft was way too small. However the rental dealer did his best to make it workable. He provided great customer service in a not so good situation.Janet R.

Made arrangements for an early pick up and through the app service - the process failed - no key and now on site to assist to correct the process and deliver a key. I made the arranges with the rep on-site several weeks prior - completed all items on the app and yet it failed - very disappointing and caused delays on our moveMike W.

It would be great to have a variety of rentals at each location. I rented a cargo van, the closest U-haul to me is Fenelon Falls but I had to drive to Lindsay to get a van. I was compensated for having to go to a farther location. It isn't so much the cost but the extra TIME it takes to retrieve the rental & then to my planned destinations which were closer to Fenelon Falls. Maybe have an employee drop the rental off at the desired location.Lori T.

Owner phoned and pressured me for a pickup time outside my booking When I arrived he wasn't there. Employee (woman) behind the counter was openly rude and condescending. Guy who hooked up the trailer didn't know what he was doing and failed to hook up the emergency brake cable. Bunch of dangerous asshole clownsJames adam T.

The U-Haul person was late getting to work therefore the gentleman who runs the Esso gas station where the U-Haul office is located called his Manager who assisted me over the phone so that was very helpful. When I returned the vehicle on Sunday evening the mobile app did not work as it said it did not recognize my location. I was at the same location where I picked up the vehicle so that was concerning. The lady in the Esso helped me return the truck key.Jill L.

Driving on the 401 , it started raining and the driver side wiper arm came loose and wouldn't wipe water away. Took an extra hour out of my trip to find a hardware store to buy a wrench to repair . Passenger side wiper blade was only half operational. Generally pleased with the service at this location , friendly courteous and attentive.Brent W.

The truck leaked badly, had a hockey card collection from the early 80's get soaked as well as a box of pictures. Not the locations fault, I had reserved a 26' truck, but was told the night before that I could only have a 20'. My stuff did not fit so was forced to rent a second truck and pay twice the money. From past experience, this is the U-Haul way of business, so very disappointed again.Jamie W.
