Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGas cap was missing when I picked up the truck, the employees didn’t know/realize about it. Inspections aren’t thorough.
COLSEN BThis location was easy to find and clean
Gabrielle KNothing to improve! Pickup and drop-off was incredibly smooth and easy! Keep doing that! Cheers
Brent LIt was fairly easy for the most part. My only drawback was when picking up my rental, the location expected me to know everything about using their app. I have really never rented before so was unfamiliar with the process of using the app. After a few minor glitches it was all sorted out. The return process when very smooth and the store clerk was very pleasant.
