Gas cap was missing when I picked up the truck, the employees didn’t know/realize about it. Inspections aren’t thorough.

Brent LIt was fairly easy for the most part. My only drawback was when picking up my rental, the location expected me to know everything about using their app. I have really never rented before so was unfamiliar with the process of using the app. After a few minor glitches it was all sorted out. The return process when very smooth and the store clerk was very pleasant.

JOHN RNo need for improvement at this location. The staff were very friendly and the Kwik Stop associate that is in charge of the UHaul was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and she went out of her way to make me satisfied and very pleased with the overall experience.

Roger JVehicle was not checked properly windshield was extremely dirty no one seemed to checked washer fluid.Seems they only check the outer part of Vehicle but not fluids etc

KEVINGARRY HI filled more gas in the vehicle than I got although. Changed $2 bucks and change for being over the kilometres…… ok, do I get back the 10 kilometres of gas extra I put in? How petty!
Richard Ci DID HAVE TO RETURN TO THE STORE 3 TIMES TO ENSURE THAT THE TWO DATES I NEEDED A VEHICLE WERE CORRECT. HOWEVER, ON THE 8TH AUGUST THE FIRST PICKUP, EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY BOTH ON PICKUP AND RETURN. MY NEXT BOOKING WILL BE SUNDAY 16TH AUGUST SO TRUST THAT THIS WILL GO AS WELL.

And the guy that closed my account told me (only when I asked), if I put my return time for later, I wouldn't have been double charged. They know what they are doing. No good business would not explain this. F this location.
Ryan PMy main complaint for this location is a lack of parking for renter's vehicles. I was able to find a space, but it was in the area of the gas pumps and would definitely interfere with larger vehicles trying to access that gas pump location. I was concerned for the safety of my vehicle as well as others that would need access to that pump. The only other issue was that the attendant had to move between 2 locations, so there was a short wait for him to return. When he returned, the service was very quick and efficient. The attendant provided great customer service.

Nicholas SCar trailer was under serviced as noticed by the lack of grease and hard to use jack. Attendant was trying to fix tongue jack without knowledge. I assisted and had my own 3 ton jack and used it when I loaded my car on the trailer.
Guy WTrailer turn signals didn't work Weird business hours (3 PM closing); so I had to drop of after hours, and I was charged an extra days rental???

Jo-Anne CThe trailer needed to be cleaned out. Someone used it for a cleanup and I found drywall screws in the bottom and other stuff. I thought that the price would have covered a full day but realized afterwards it was for 6 hrs only. My last rental business was for 24 hrs but I didn’t bother to book it ahead and wasn’t able. Just saying. Is what it is and I got the job done. Alls good.

nancy mI was pleased with everything ….the condition & service of Aesop Quick stop location. Good people to deal with.
nancy dMy only issue was that I had reserved the truck and Add-on equipment, and when I picked up the truck, the 2 furniture dolleys I reserved weren't available. The didn't even have any at that location. So it made our move alot more difficult. If there was an up to date inventory of all Add-on equipment for locations, that would make things better. It WAS a big inconvenience. Those were removed from the invoice (so I wasn't charged), but it was still not great.

RANDY B | Overall ExperienceI stored my belongs for my house while I was adding on an addition to my house. Being that I was able to store my belongings close to home in Port Rowan was amazing. I was able to check on my items whenever I wanted to and the storage yard was always clean and kept safe during the winter months with the ice and snow. I would definitely recommend Port Rowan Mini Storage to anyone that has extra belongings and doesn't know where to put it. Everytime I had to get in contact with the owners. They always picked up and made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely use them again in the future.
