They tried to charge me 200 hundred dollars for dropping it off in lake jackson but not at the one they wanted me to drop it off at... but on my paper they didn't say which one in lake jackson and lied about the prices.

Magdaleno RThe lady at the location was great and we are very thankful for all of her help and kindness, However, the issue was not with the location. The uhaul renetal system is a crap shoot for me. I have rented from uhaul since back in 1989 and thei system of reservation services SUCKS! I will be trying my hardest to find some other mode of transportaion in the future. If it would have been available at a location near me; budget rental systems would have been more plausible as the offer AARP discounts for those of wiser age.

BOBBY CLady there was very nice, the location closed 10 minutes before I got there. I called the number and she came back to receive the truck back. Very nice lady at this location since I wanted to get rid of the truck since I was done.

Toshia FI was supposed to be able to get my truck at 7 however the app wasn't working and he told me that it didn't work correctly smh however nobody notified me of this so I couldn't pick up my truck until it opened at 10 however I had to have it back by 7am the next day. Awful service I wouldn't recommend this location to an enemy
