The application to turn in the Uhaul truck didn't upload pictures correctly so I was charged an extra 20.00. The truck was clean but need maintenance.

First thing is the original address where the U-HAUL was listed they said it was at another location. I go to said location and when I finally received the U-Haul the gas was very low

The guy that works there was very rude. There is a certain girl who takes care of the uhaul side of the buisness and she wasn't there. So the guy tells me she'll be there in 30 mins and then goes and watches tv. I asked him to call because my pickup time was for a certain time and he called her and then told me she's not coming there's nothing he can do. Basically not caring I had a reservation. I asked him twice to call her so she can do it over the phone and he ignored me and kept watching tv until he finally did it. Good thing she was nice but the whole thing was poorly handled on his part, I wanted to rent a dolly and he didn't feel like checking if it was on the truck because it was drizzling outside. . And I really do feel like I was over charged because I didn't even get the equipment I paid extra for.

Gas was on E, The tire was flat whip and I have photos the inside back full of broken glass calling customer service no one ever pick up that was poor service

I was never shown the vehicle, I was just given the key inside. I guesstimated the miles I would use and that's what I was charged, to the penny. Obviously that's not what I used but I got charged anyway. Take my word for it and not subtract the beginning miles from my ending miles

1,5 hours to rent unit and 0,5 hour to return, no one knows what's going on. Refused to answer Uhaul phones. When I returned to tell him I had been calling repeatedly he said he was busy and ignoring the calls.

Business refuse to answer phone after multiple calls. they began to reject my calls within 10 minutes of renting the U-Haul. I had to turn around and go back where the person renting my unit told me he was busy and was ignoring the calls. By the time I got back it was two hours which was past the time limit for me to make a change. I had to cancel this reservation and re-rent the same vehicle.

When I got to the location I asked the man inside to assist me he told me since everything was done my self online I would have dealt with the issue myself when I was not able to open the lock he said it's was not his problem

It's One guy doing everything I had to wait too long for service the truck had a little amount of gas and dirty also I didn't get no hand truck but I'm been charged for one

When I got the truck it was only filled with an 8th of a tank of gas On the contract it says it has a quarter tank It's an inconvenience that I picked up the truck ans had to go to the gas station to fill up and the truck was also dirty from the inside and outside

Charged me for fuel even though i brought fuel to the point in which i received. When i called to tell the lady to take the charge off, she acted like she didn't understand and said the system did it, not her. I said how can the system check the fuel. Will not be a return customer since money was stolen from me in a unwarranted gas charge.

I unfortunately have to complain because my reservation was switched from my closest location to this location which was out of my way when I got there I was standing in line and he proceeds to cancel my order because he says I wasn't in line at 9:30 when I was standing there when they opened they tried to give my reservation to somebody else by the time I was able to get the truck it was 11 o'clock which gave me less time to move my belongings it was very unorganized in my opinion

Truck had no gas. Shook terribly when driving. I paid for a dolly that I never received and I asked the guy and he said he had none. Worst experience with uhaul and nobody but customer service tried to help me.

First make sure the address to the location is right because it's wrong Second_ Make sure there is someone at the place to assist the Cx. I had to call Cx service to change my check in process from at the store to online. I arrived to the location at 5:45 and it's supposed to open till 8:00pm Third_ When I return the truck the truck at 9:50 there was no drop off box on site. This was my worst experience with U-Haul. Please fix this if you care about your Cx.

I did a reservation for a 15ft truck, and 3 dollys. But I enduro having 1 dolly only, they didn't provided appliance dolly nor furniture dolly. I hope I can get a refund.

The rental office was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. However the Van was invested with roaches. Crawling on your legs and arms. Bad experience

agent could not turn on computer, printer did not work ,truck not clean & ready to be rented, dirt in box that we ha to clean out before use. agent totally messed up order needed 1 way based on reservation gave me a local rental. no receipt to see she messed up until I received email 2 hrs later. I had to spend approx 2 hrs on phone to correct the mistake. ordered 2 dozen pads we had 3. phone agents (2 different) were very good at correcting the problem

I was ripped off and over charged. I was charged for a dolly that I never received. I was told that it would be taking off. It didn't. I was charged extra and no one has yet to tell me why. I hate this location! Barely speak English and are extremely rude. Due to this recent experience, I will NEVER rent with Uhaul again

First, I informed the guy at the time I rented the vehicle, that I could not tell him what time I'd be returning the vehicle. And that I was also under the impression, that I had 24 hours to return the vehicle. He stated that was correct, but that the system required that a "time be entered." I asked him what time they close, and he stated 8:00 pm. I told him I would not likely be back before then, so he suggested 9:00 pm. I returned the vehicle at approx 11:00 pm, and was charged a 'after hours' service fee. Second, just before returning the vehicle, I placed gas in the vehicle, returning it to the exact same level it was at when I picked the vehicle up (and took a pic of the gas). The pic they took showed less gas than when I returned the vehicle, and I was charged a $30 dollar fuel service fee, and charged for 8 gallons of gas. Third, when I returned the vehicle, I was told to return it in the same area where I picked it up from. Which is in the rear of the strip mall, where all the stores close at 9/10 at night. Not the safest place you want to be returning a vehicle at night.

Did the Mobil pick up.. and key wasn't in the lock box.. had to wait for someone to show up.. to then go over everything I did online. So what was the point.. it was inconvenience. And made me get a late start and had to lay the movers for their xtra time... use uhal on many many occasions.. but this experience was not pleasant.. and cost me more then it should have haven to pay workers longer

The WiFi was down and waited over an hour. Very dirty place of Business I don't understand how U-Haul can have this place represent them. The representative there had no idea how to enter my promotion code that I had “ STANGMODE “ She called her supervisor and he had no idea as well. When I asked she said he told her to put it in the notes and I would get the discount. Well that never happened. Worst experience ever.

They need to hire help, one person cannot run an entire operation. She was unwelcome as if she didn't want to be there. Upon the return of the equipment which was very dirty, the girl grab the key and walk away without saying anything. I ask, are we finish? she said quote "you can leave now" This was my first bad experience but it leave a bad taste with me.
