Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis place is horrible, there is nobody there to help and felt unsafe. I was charged for a dolly that wasn't in the truck and there was nobody to complain to take it off. I called the Uhaul and they said sorry you have to talk to the location. I wanted to remove the Pads because I didn't need them and got the same response. The back of the truck was dirty when I got it but there was nobody to tell.
Kenn MThe vehicle smelled very bad seats was molded, Unable to breathe, Had the return turn the van and was charged $30 and I did use it because of the conditions
JAMAR JThey have to fix the hours of operations at the Uhaul's page. The location opens at 9:30 am not 8:00 am. With the rental we requested a furniture dolly and it was not included, when we try to inquiry about it the store was still closed.
MARITZA CThis location is running an illegal game room un the back of the facility.
