Did not receive any of the equipment that I ordered...and paid for. This forced me to extend my rental a day which, ironically, cost me more money. The store is closed on Sunday, so you would figure they’d ensure that everything is right on the one day they aren’t around to fix it.

This location is in the ghetto of Dallas! This area sees severe crime on a daily basis! Uhaul needs to have their head checked for making this a designated area! At the very least add some god damn lighting!!!

I didn’t want to rent from this place. There was one way closer to my house with trucks available and website sent me to this location. To make matters worse, it told me I was going somewhere else at first so that is where my moving supplies were purchased. Had to make 2 stops. Lock didn’t work on the truck to get the keys. Just a terrible overall experience with the website

I was supposed to be able to get my uhaul with the app 24/7 service and it did not work. The place didn’t open until 10am, and I was supposed to be able to access the uhaul at 8am. I got ahold of the lady at 810, and she said she would be there in 30 minutes. She didn’t show up until 955am. I waited For almost 2 hours in the cold outside. Then, she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t rent me the 10’ truck that i was Supposed to get because it’s a “local” vehicle. So i had To get a 15’ truck. Overall a HORRIBLE experience. My movers were scheduled at 9am so i got Charged $125 extra for them waiting there. Just RIDICULOUS

Came into the location and the lady at the front desk was with another customer, she was very kind but seemed quite flustered. My pick up was scheduled for 10am and by the time I was able to get my U-Haul, it was close to 11am. I later found out upon dropping off my U-Haul that the vehicle she rented out to me was incorrect which made for a lot of difficulty during my drop off. I don’t know if she’s new to U-Haul, but she just didn’t seem familiar with the rental process, which is a shame because she was very kind.

I reserved the truck and unknowingly when I got there it was a one-way trip which charged me four times the amount that it was supposed to be and I was in a hurry never stopped to read the contract and I just debited out of my checking account....i called and the lady was so rude , needless to say I didn't get any of the money back

Unit was dirty, with trash left in it,and dog hair all in cab, customer representatives were no where to be found when they were informed I would be there, Poor service all the way around, To top it off, wrong return city on reservation that was called in. Had to go 50 miles one way, out of the way to return truck

I arrived at this location around 8:30am and used mobile check in. First thing that went wrong, the lock on the trailer to get the keys was not the one registered to my truck so I had to call customer service and wait for a new code to get the keys. Got that straightened out, opened cargo door only to see there's NONE of the hand carts that I ordered and NEEDED. I was told that I could to pick them up at a different uhaul location in DOWNTOWN DALLAS with a 26ft truck. Declined the offer to just wait it out until the shop opened at 10. But it didn't open at 10, whoever worked there felt like they could just show up to work 45 minutes late. There was up to 6 angry people waiting outside Lady Magic waiting to get their rentals. After 2 hours, I finally got the hand carts I needed. If you're going to offer a service like mobile check-in, then make sure you do it right and hire competent workers who show up on time to fix their mistakes. WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Staff was very helpful when assisting me with attaching the uhaul and trailer. Unfortunately, less than halfway through my trip, the strap on my front, passenger tire came off and needed to be re-done. Also, it was hard to find someone when I came in two separate times. I’d suggest a doorbell or them getting cameras if they’re not going to be at the front desk. Overall, not a bad time.

The woman at the desk was rude, not helpful and disrespectful. The lock was not opening to the truck, she did not help in any way, just told me that it will open. Per her, I was sent the incorrect truck information....doubtful!! Please avoid her ignorance at all cost.

This was the worst experience, I literally spoke to the first rude lady for 1 and 45 mins I’m in lyft she sent me to 3 different location no person there on a Monday, she was not helpful spoke to another lady because the first one hu she a small bit but transfer me as well by now my phone is 2% from 95% it hangs up I have to catch lyft home charge phone back call U-Haul back on hold again then on the phone for another 45 mins when the finally got me a key, unprofessional not organized plain rude I will never go through them again use another because they clearly don’t care about the customer. Also Three Musketeer movers to hired through them was the laziest 2 I have ever seen I did all my moving

Luckily i called to confirm my pick up location because it changed and no one called to let me know. Took over an hour to pick up my Uhaul. Once i arrived at this location another person said he had the same truck as i did and neither one of us could access the truck. Cost me $100 in fees because i was over an hour late to move out of my apartment.

Overall, my customer services experience has been excellent, the two times I availed myself of the services offered by that particular location. My only concern is that I had only intended to keep the equipment for 24 hours. Unfortunately, it appeared to me that the transmission wasn't operating properly. Afraid to return it to the office, where it was rented, unless I had someone to trail me, I waited and had someone agree to do so the next morning. I had planned to leave a note about the concern I had about the vehicle's transmission, but did not have a pen or pencil. It seemed to me the transmission wasn't changing gears, like it was supposed and I thought I smelled transmission fluid. Again, customer services was great. I will not hesitant to return, in the event I need to rent again.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with this U-Haul location. Our reservation time was delayed by over an hour due to missing keys for the truck we rented, and once the keys were located the truck would not start. During this time, neither associate communicated with us what was going on until we asked. Not once did they apologize or offer any alternatives or refunds. They ended up jumpstarting the truck and sending us off with it. This caused us issues when turning the truck off and on again. Overall this ended up being an awful experience and only added stress to an already stressful situation.

I had no issues with Lady Magic Detail --- and if we need to rent again ---- I would rent from this location instead of the Corinth location. I did have issue with Uhaul --- they changed my reservation from Corinth to Lady Magic and I incurred additional Uber charges because I had to transport myself to the second location.

There was no one there,(Friday afternoon) I stood out in the cold rain for hours with promises she was on her way. Corporate did eventually got me a code to get the truck. Corporate told me the location had canceled my order the day before without reason or notification. I was billed for but didn't get three dollies and blankets.

I absolutely did not like the mobile checkout. It was confusing and no one was available at the location even though the online hours said it was open. I was able to call the number on the door and the lady was very helpful but it took me a while before I could finally get access to the key.

We had a lot of trouble with the u-haul website. The owner of the business showed up 45 minutes late without a care in the world. It took him another 30 to start up his computer, open up the shop and figure out what we were even talking about. He had as much knowledge on U-Haul as we did. This is why I called U-Haul and specifically asked to pick up a truck from the store and not some random location.

Have a better system when uhauls don’t start. Have the customer actually see the sales receipt and all the rules that they will be charged for. Have a worker present when you drop off keys and explain to you the receipt. I am very unhappy and have been unconveinenced very bad. I need to speak with someone that can actually help me.
