Only one person in the office who was not helpful. I was glad it had not rained in some time as driving through the grass to drop off the trailer would have been very difficult. It seems their main business is taking payment for the opportunity to fish in the pay lake. If you needed help disconnecting the trailer you were out of luck. I felt fortunate that the attendant actually signed the paper work to acknowledge the return, and that was only after I requested a signature. I would never willingly do business at that location.

The person who was at the drop off location did not help me at all. The u-haul equipment that was there had grass growing all around it. I had to back up the u-haul to drop it off at a proper spot and asked for assistance but she did not help. Instaed she went back inside while I tried to maneuver the equipment to get it to a place to drop it off. I then had to unattach the trailer by myself.

The location of pick up and drop off was not the original place I had booked weeks- if not months ago. Although this location was friendly it was further out of the way and when having to pay by the mile, it made a big inconvenience on my moving. I was also just told about this on Thursday when it was booked for Saturday.

Renting at Lake Julienne was extremely convenient and quick. I just wish UHaul's reservation system and customer rep would have told me my needed equipment was 300 yards from my house instead of 6 miles away. That needs to be straightened out.

Equipment was clean. But the Uhaul had a check engine light on for an evap leak. The steering was out of alignment, and the front wheels arent balanced making the wheel shake over 50mph.

I think the app is ridiculous. I rcvd 3 emails,, thinking that was all there was to it. Mile down the road rcvd text. That said I need to fill out a form at the pick up location. I don't text and drive. This needs to be done at the location by service person. Not a mile down the road while I am driving.

I didn't know this location existing until this rental. I'm glad I found it. It gives me a 5th option near me for rentals.

I cannot imagine how you could make the process any easier or simpler. On-line reservation, pick-up, and return were very easy. Equipment was exactly what I needed. Will definitely use this facility and equipment again in the future, and recommend this to friends & family.

The rental agent has trouble entering customers personsal info into your computer-based system. For example, it always takes him multiple attempts to enter the customer's credit card information before the transaction is completed.

The car transport was reserved by calling the 800 number and they reserved the rental at the nearest location for the trailer needed. I called the number for our local rental agent, it took 8 calls and finally got an answer that was less than professional. I was informed they didn't know about the reservation. I was there at the time we requested and no one was there. Called the local number and no answer, 15 minutes later a person pulled up and after giving the necessary information we were directed to a trailer parked off the gravel driveway in a very muddy area. After hooking up to my truck my shoes and tires were covered in mud, had to engage 4 wheel drive to get the trailer out of the spot. The trailer performed well and I returned the trailer back to the same spot 2 days later as the rental agent requested. Again muddy shoes and tires had to use 4x4 to get out. I understand not everyone has a nice new building and a paved parking lot but if this represents uhaul I could not be more disappointed. Again the car transport performed well and I am thankful for that, but by the time I was able to drive away with my rental I was concerned that the whole experience was not going to go well.

The location itself was fine but not stocked with moving blankets nor utility dolly that was part of my initial order. Went to woods Hardware on Harrison Ave in Harrison OH and they to were unable to get me the blankets or utility dulley.

Jennifer was super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Unusual in this day and age. Will always go back when I need to rent the next one.

The trailer lights would not connect to the truck lights. 2hrs later figured out it was a fuse. Trailer had a flat about 2hrs away. Also informed another tire was busted.

Check out went like a breeze, very friendly and helpfully. This man is the best, the people from the pick-up location can learn a lot from him.

cost more to rent a 5 x 9 trailer than an enclosed truck!!

Process took to long to check out. They had issues with the system and it took an extended amount of time to rent a small pull behind trailer. Not good experience

I had been working with a different location for everything else, just needed to pickup the truck at this location. It was raining when picking up the truck, dirt got tracked into the floor of the truck.

Know this is a rural location near a fishing lake. What makes it excellent is the owner who provides excellent customer service and had everything ready for our appointment. The only improvement could be noting that when leaving in a truck like we had, a left turn onto Harrison avenue can be a blind dangerous turn due to the angle of the roads. Recommend someone in the renting party sit in the passenger seat to see to the right to know when it's clear. I was lucky to have an extra person available to do that for me.

Upon leaving u-haul location my personal vehicle sustained a popped tire due to a sharp piece of metal (possibly a gate) on the edge of driveway.

Although the Customer Service agents were very kind and understanding and gave me a total of $100 refund, The truck was not at location when picking up. Drove 8 miles to another location, but they were closed. Drove to another location 15 miles away. Truck was in the mud and "clean enough". Drove home, and the passenger mirror was vibrating loose, had to call service and they fixed, but was a 5 hr wait (not a big deal, we were loading the truck). While driving from Cincinnati to Orlando, the truck vibrated horribly when going over 60 MPH. Found out that the cause was "mud in the tires". Not a great experience, however, the savings from U-Haul vs a moving company made it worth it. $2 000 vs $8,000, your gonna have to expect issues, so this wasn't so bad.

i filled the fuel level just minutes before i dropped it off yet this location is charging me for fuel! also the millage is correct we were 21 miles over the free limit not 87. my fault for not taking a photo and making the check in person show me the check in receipt. that wont happen again! location is basically someones house.

Ronnie went out of his way to help us, we had a truck reserved a month ahead but it wasn't available on pick up day. So we had to find another and Ronnie was awesome.

I had never rented a uhaul trailer before and didn't know what to expect. My husband was out of town so I took my father-in-law with me in case I needed help getting hooked up. The gentleman at Lake Julianne was super friendly and assisted me with hooking it up and made sure everything worked properly. It was very easy. I would definitely recommend renting from this location.
