Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDrove an extra hour to pick up because your employ left to go to a gun show. talked to multiple people because they kept sending me in circles. waste of time and fuel
rich sWhen we arrived to drop off the trailer the link that had been sent to me was expired so I went to the office to check in. The person onsite said “my uncle deals with the U-Haul stuff; I don’t know anything about it”. I then had to call the U-Haul customer service line to report that I had in fact dropped off the trailer. Apparently there would have been a fee to verify this but they kindly waived it. Given that they expired the link that they sent me, I would have been outraged if they would have charged me to verify.
Craig MThe manager was incredibly responsive, returned inquiries, and ensure the reservation was properly taken care of
Kim VEverything with the place and truck was cool. But then I was charged $23 for 1/8 of a tank of gas and that is ridiculous!
