I tried online and asked the gentleman when picking up the unit, if I could drop it off at another location. He said no. I would not have rented it for that reason because I had to drive an extra 70miles with it empty to return it.. quite inconvenient

I reserved a 20 foot U-Haul upon arrival they gave me a 17 foot U-Haul and with the $50 guaranteed rate reservation I get my bill and it doesn't reflect that

The loading ramp on the back of the truck was bent and I couldn't get a hold of roadside assistance because I was on hold for 45 minutes so I fixed the ramp myself

showed up and had guy come out abd drop trailer in steet due to covid and then say Ill send you an email you can go 454pm. Then says it was afer hours and I droppd off trailer with damage like he wasnt there at all. Very dishonest place.

We returned the truck after hours. We tried 3 different times to login to say we were returning it but were unable. Therefore, I was charged the extra fee which didn't make me happy. You need to work on that part of your service and login.

The clerk helping us had difficulties with his computer which caused delays in pickup, and he also had problems locating the key for the truck that had been scheduled for me. So he gave me a different truck that did not appear to have been cleaned out. I did not notice or realize during pickup because the no-contact conditions made the check-out process awkward and I was more concerned with checking the outer condition of the truck and taking pictures for the app because it was still showing me pictures of the original truck. Once home, I spent 30 minutes cleaning the truck myself. In addition to needing general wiping down, it had dog food and dog hair on the floors and in the door pockets, as well as empty drinks and fast food scraps in the doors and under the seats. The contract for a previous rental was also still in the dash compartment. I understand that the sudden truck swap likely contributed to the oversight, and that the clerk was probably equally frustrated by his computer issues, but it was all still frustrating for me in the long run. In the end, I got a truck and was able to complete my move, but it was not the smoothest experience and I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the truck.

I was quoted $99, I used 58 miles, but brought truck back with 1/4 MORE gas in the tank than was used. When returning after hours on the same day as rented, the app told me I would be charged $166 and today received $139 as the final bill. This seems a bit excessive for a local less than 12 hour rental with less than 60 miles logged. The truck was clean, and in good working order, and the staff were masked & respectful.

Gates were locked, Open sign was lite. I walked around trying to figure out how to get in. Finally a guy came out and pointed to the drop off box for the keys. Two days later I got a call from your scheduler reminding me I was supposed to have it back by 10:00 the next morning. There was not record of my returning the truck the same day I picked it up and I have no idea they had added on extra days. I hope I didn't pay for extra days!

The equipment was awful. The truck had an almost empty fuel tank and i had to put oil in the truck to be able to complete my move. The gentleman that worked at the facility gave me excellent customer service.

On the 5 x 8 utility trailer that I just rented, the link where the tailgate chain connects to the trailer frame on the left side is bent out of shape, and needs replacing. No problems other than that.

The rental location I have zero complaints about. However the reservation portion was horrendous! The website awful, the outcome incorrect and the time spent for 2 days fixing it all ridiculous .....you have been in biz way to long to have this happening.

When I scheduled this equipment online, I scheduled it for a different location, one that was closer to me. The next day, I got a call from someone at Uhaul who said that location didn't have the truck and I was being moved to a different location....farther away. So I went to pick up the truck this morning and the office is closed. Turns out THAT location is not open on Sunday. This was beyond frustrating. The customer service manager I spoke with found the same size truck at the location above, on 131st St in Lake Stevens. This location was also a bit farther away from my original reservation but at least they were open and the transaction went flawlessly. If I was giving a rating to Uhaul over all today, it would be a 3 star. But since the feedback is for the location, I want to make sure you guys know they were great.

This was a clusterfuck. I was guaranteed a truck from my local branch, moved to Everett, and then when we showed up there was no truck and no warning that there wasn't going to be a truck. So we had to go to Lake Stevens to pickup a truck, the service was curt, the truck was not full of gas and so when we returned it, believing it's was at the same rank level, I got hit with gas bill that increased the cost of the trip. Uhaul cost me valuable time on a stressful day.

It wasn't until after I left that I realized the vehicle had just over an eighth of a tank of gas, when I checked out they had it at a quarter. My mistake. I had to put $15 of gas in the tank to get it up to a quarter of a tank after driving only about 20 -30 miles. It was completely my mistake for missing it.

Person was rude. Called customer service who tried to connect me with the finish my transaction. He told her he would check the truck in when he had time and then hung up. Your customer service agent was as horrified as I was, I told her that after I locked the doors and put the key in the box, I remembered I had left a white sack in the truck and a piece of fleece and some dog food. I asked about that the next morning with the customer service agent and she said to go to the drop site to get it and she would send a message to the drop site. The man who I spoke with through a locked fence said I had left the door open and there was the container of dog food. He left me standing outside the fence and tossed the container over the barbed wire fence. Then he told me to have a nice day. I am absolutely disgusted by this treatment.

the 5 X 8 trailer was parked too close to another trailer. When we pulled the 5 X 8 out, the fenders of each were rubbing slightly.

I was very very sick and unable to return my vehicle on time. I was about an hour late which I was an hour late picking up my vehicle so really I did only have the vehicle for 24 hours and I was still charged for the extra day.you would think there would be a little bit of compassion and understanding considering the circumstances however there was not. I have a vehicle reserved for two weeks from now and I'm not sure if I want to keep my reservation.
