The pickup place was really out of the way and very tight for moving that size truck around.

Nick TMake sure there is fuel in the tank. I picked up the truck, and the fuel light came on. This should never happen, given the requirements for returning a vehicle. While I appreciate being given a $36 discount for returning the truck above a quarter, at the current gas prices, that did not cover even half of what it cost me to put fuel in the truck to reach that mark, and I returned the truck at above half a tank. Another item is ensuring that the truck's internal wiring is correct. I tried to use the 12-volt outlet with a charger for my phone, and nothing. It did not work.

Ryan SMike provided a very easy rental for me. The truck was ready to go when I got there in an easy place to leave. Check in was just as easy. Mike and I checked the mileage and fuel level and sent me an email receipt from the truck.

Steve BI have never used lake stevens mini storage I have only dropped off there. And they screwed that up now I constantly get emails because some how they have tied my email to justa about every order so I get receipts and thank yous constantly 8th one in last two days.
alan cQuick and easy. Although I was told my card would be swiped for $43 and after the card was swiped I got a notification that I was charged ~$143. When asking the cashier/attendant, they said that it was a deposit and it would come back to me after I return the rental. Just a piece of advice, don't swipe someone's card without giving them the full rundown. I would have cancelled/ used a different card if I had known I was going to be charged an extra $100.

rick kI picked up the moving van at one of the other neighborhood locations, absent dolly's however located at other neighborhood centers. It was a little tricky renting one-way adjacent with truck invoice but got things fixed up just fine.

Bounsana KThis location was fine, the person behind the desk was great, and drop-off - once we were able to actually drop off, as this was our second attempt - was effortless. The only issue is the frequent calling and re-routing that we faced. Between this location, the phone call we received mid-move, and our first attempt to drop off (with whom we had reserved days prior), I was told three different things regarding where we could drop-off. I worked for U-Haul in the past; I know the challenges you face in getting trucks where they need to be. U-Haul taught me a fact I repeat often, that moving is the most stressful thing in a person's life next to the death of a loved one - which also usually involves moving. Many years later, I can now see how much it impacts a customer. After a heavy-hearted day clearing out a loved one's last apartment, the last thing someone wants to hear is that all of a sudden they can't drop off the truck where they were told they could a couple hours earlier.

Linden JThe location and staff were great. My issues were with the website reservation process. Kept telling me that a truck was available from this site, but later told I would have to go to Everett to pick up. Finally got a 26 foot truck, twice as big as we needed, for same price as 17' truck which was my second choice.
James HI was informed 12 dozen furniture pads would be placed in the truck. The day before the pickup date I was assured the pads would be in the truck. On the day of pickup however no pads were provided. When I asked where I could obtain them I was told by the young man behind the counter "i don't know".I asked what he had done or was going to do to help me find the pads and was tole there was nothing he could do. He suggested I call around to other H-haul locations. This was very frustrating because 1. I was told the pads would be there 2. I hired movers to load the truck. They were delayed in what they could do while I was forced borrow my neighbor's truck and drive 1 hour (to Everett U-Haul and back) to get the pads. There was no help provided and really no apology offered for this very poor and service.
John HI was told the inside simension would fit the height of my grandfather clock (86") but it did not. Luckly I was ingenious eniugh to secure the clock in the truck while keeping it on the hand truck.
