Although the vehicle wasn't returned by the previous renter, the owner went out of his way to get me a truck from another facility and get me on my way. The 2,5 hour wait wasn't ideal but I feel it was out of the owners control and he did what he had to do to make it right. Merci!

I will not recommend U-Haul. I got there to pick up my 6 foot wide trailer and the entrance is only 4 1/2 feet wide total waste of my time you basically fucked me so thank you for that you dumb pieces of shit go fuck yourself I will never use U-Haul again. You can suck my little dick.

I had set up my reservation online and was set to pick up my rented 10' truck in Lancaster and set to drop it of in the same town I was taking my furniture to Harrodsburg Kentucky. Once I got to the pick up location in Lancaster , I walked up to the cashier and I said I made a reservation and I needed to pick it up. They told me the information that was in my phone app didn't match what they had listed . I told them before they had made any changes that it was a ONE WAY reservation . So they pull out an IPad and change my reservation and by doing so they switched my reservation to an in town rental and they then set the drop off location to be the same location I picked it up from that LancasterGas Station….! So I had to drive 40 miles out of the way to drop the 10 foot truck off at the same location I picked it up from, costing me like 50 bucks extra… I will NEVER be doing business with U-Haul ever again unless Im made whole by this obvious attempt at making me have to pay more than I would have otherwise. I'll be reporting this to the BBB as well.
