Store employee admitted to knowing the drivers side door didn't work properly. The U-Haul wouldn't reach 50 mph. I was told I'd be refunded then wasn't. Aerial manager was messaged twice in regards to the matter and never called me back. I offered to pay for what gas usage I used out of the refund that I never got which is gracious considering fuel efficiency is minimal due to the condition of the truck. I do not recommend using the location.

Not a thing, great job
MARK LRewire the 6x12 box trailer, showing tail light wires. Kept blowing our fuses in our truck! Took hours to figure out, what was going on! Also put us over a day behind, so it took longer than the 2 days it was supposed to take! So a big loss of time and money! All around disappointment, for this rental! Any questions call me.
Brent AAlthough the vehicle wasn’t returned by the previous renter, the owner went out of his way to get me a truck from another facility and get me on my way. The 2.5 hour wait wasn’t ideal but I feel it was out of the owners control and he did what he had to do to make it right. Thanks!
