The 2 people I dealt with were not helpful other than to make sure the truck got rented and to make sure I got charged. Other than that the truck was not cleaned by previous rent or, back had debris left, cab had stuff left in it, sunglasses, an envelope and men's underwear on the floor. They did not have the cart I ordered and so I took another, that was in horrible condition and could not use, and when I returned the truck the person refused to address this. He said it was not his problem. I could go on but let's just say I will NEVER, utilize this location again!

Chris MorrisWhen I picked up the van the pressure in one of the tires was 10 psi versus the required 75 psi. I went back to talk to the counter agent, and he would do nothing to resolve the situation. I then said that I might be able to dive the van to my home to inflate the tire, but that I was worried whether that was safe to do. The agent said "May God protect you." I would not recommend this location and I will not use it again. In fact, I may decide not to use U-Haul again.

Kurt Albrechtthe right rear tire was low and when we told the clerk he told us where we could fill up. we pulled around back and realized we had to pay for the air. Went back in to get change and then proceeded to fill the tire. I don't feel we should have to go through all that. i had to pay for the air.

Celsus EbbaLocation was rather remote. Narrow country roads at some points. If driver is not comfortable on back roads, might not be good. Truck was very nice and clean. Newer. Easy to drive. We drove from Kennett Square to pick it up, about a 25 minute drive. closest available.

Thomas SteenkamerI have to admit, the UHaul seemed old (70+ miles on it) and driving it made me a little nervous since I was going cross country (3 000 miles). But, man, you all certainly maintain the trucks well because that thing (20 footer with car trailer) was a work horse! Made it in 4 days -- no issues -- even with the AC going! THANKS to the mechanics!

Ben Reedi switched my drop off location on sunday and they did not have the information at the location so had to wait much longer. finally the guy said go ill get it resolved. i fid get notification that check in occured about 1 kour adter leaving.
William CrouseI'm upset my credit card account was charged before I drove away with the van. Upon coming back I was told my credit card was not charged yet. I was also due a refund. He told me I would get a refund and I still have not seen it hit my credit card account. I am going to contest the charge on my credit card account shortly if I don't see the credit arrive.
Michael UptmorHave someone that can attend to only U Haul needs. This is a gas/convenience store location. The attendant was pleasant & competent. However he had to take care of customers buying fuel, food & drinks, tobacco products. Many interruptions. Too long of a process
JOHN FRESHThe tire didn't have enough air when I got the van. I had to pay to fill it. there wasn't another van I could take just in case something else was wrong. the whole process so i can have the van was way too long. with the acceptance process plus having to fill the tires it took over a half hour out of my reservation. a lot of money for such a headache. would not recommend to a friend.

michelle boudreauMy service at the location was fine the system of updating me that the truck pickup was in a different state SUCKED!!! Especially after arriving in the established location. As a result i had to pay taxes and significantly more mileage both of which i resent it will likely be a while before i use uhaul again... and i frequently rent trucks.
Courtlandt BuchananThe actual place was fine but it was over 15 miles away from our original pick up location. My husband was never contacted on Saturday night by 6 as stated he would be. We found out at 9 am that we had to go way out of our way to pick up the rental. It was a guaranteed rental. It cost 30-35 miles worth extra and about an hour of time. This is unacceptable. This shows you are unreliable and I'm unhappy. I would love to be contacted.

Robert NelsonI was supposed to pick up my truck in Delaware and even though I confirmed via phone that I would pick up the truck at 7am the keys were not left in the dropbox and there were no moving pads available. I had hired movers to help at 8am and I spent almost an hour on hold with UHaul trying to find another truck so that I wouldn't waste money or time with the movers. Luckily I managed to secure a different truck but couldn't get it until almost 9am so I ended up losing money by paying movers to help when I didn't even have a truck yet. I was quite unhappy with UHaul that day and it made moving a lot more stressful.

Tracy CulganMechanically the van was great. The interior however, was very dirty, with dried mud all over the floor, as well as crushed potato chips and food remnants. Also, the vehicle was covered in inches of snow and ice with no tool provided for removal. I had to use my hands for removal. I would expect these things to be taken care of prior to my rental.
