Brought the truck in at 5:30. Was told by staff member that we needed to fold each and everyone of the 24 blankets in the back of the truck or we would be charged a $25 folding fee. I worked real hard to get the truck back before this location closed and I'm glad I did. If I would've gotten charged $25 for not folding blankets I would've been very upset! I just wonder where it says this in the contract because I did not see this? Have not experienced any level of professionalism from any of the U-Haul locations at this point! Very poor customer service skills at both pick up location and drop off location! Maybe your U-Haul representatives need a lesson in proper customer service skills. Skills on how to treat somebody who is using your service! Your current representatives make you feel like they are doing you a favor. When an essence it should be the other way around because you are choosing to use U-Haul for your moving needs... just saying

The improve I would make next time has to do with the drop off process online. When we went to drop off the truck the location was incorrect as it did not match the location on our paper. We went to complete the drop off online and the process was glitching, it would not complete the questionnaire portion.

Got double charged on insurance, and also charged for the extra day even though we dropped it off hours before the 24 hour deadline. Asked if they could check the vehicle in since there were two employees inside doing absolutely nothing, but insisted on leaving the keys. We would have stayed to make sure it was taken care of, but we were in the process of moving, naturally, and didnt have all afternoon for them to do whatever they needed to at their own leisure. No one else was in store so there was clearly nothing going on that required their attention. Stay away from any storage or uhaul in Lake Worth.

Had to drop off at this location after Davina Bean scheduled a drop off that closed well after the return time I communicated. The gentleman that assisted me after such a terrible experience with Davina was pleasant and accommodating. I got the impression this wasn't the first time this manger has created such a terrible experience.

I scheduled a 15 ft rental at 1230 on Uhaul.com . When i arrived ..there was no truck to be found until 3pm .

Poor Customer service and Extended wait times due to poorly trained front desk personnel and confusion among front office staff regarding truck rental return policies and procedures. This resulted in unnecessary extended wait time, customer frustration and poor reflection on U-Haul as a truck rental company.

The U-Haul system was down when I arrived, and the kind employee working had to attempt to access it numerous times to no avail. It wasn't until nearly an hour after my appointment that I was given keys to the truck. The delay ruined my whole day and resulted in my entire move out of state being postponed.

The location was very helpful, but only because the online experience was terrible. As we tried to pick up with the app during the verification process we just received a note that it did not work, and then our account was locked and no one could help us. In the end I was only able to pickup at 9:00 am the following morning vs 8:00 pm the prior day. This created a lot of hardship in our schedules. This process has led me to look elsewhere for any rental.

The middle seat backrest allows the driver to fold it down in creating an middle armrest with extra cup holders. This area should be more carefully inspected/cleaned. It looks to be common area/surface that gets forgotten about in cleaning because of the flexibility in it folding up (out of sight...out of mind.)

Arrived at 345 and they were already closed even tho I called and confirmed that they close at 4. Mobile drop off wasn't working so I had to put the key in the drop box they check it in the following morning and lied about the amount of gas returned and charged me extra for fuel

Haven't so customers can pick up the vehicle after hours I signed up on the computer for after-hours pickup no truck no keys and that's where you sent me you pick up the truck the next day when I picked up the truck lady was really rude and the truck was filthy

I was charge $30 gas service fee when I always let igual to refuel the gas without any penalty. The excuse was because was less than a 1/4tank. I was never disclosed that.

I got charged for a dolly that didn't come with my truck I called the location and informed him there wasn't no dolly in my truck he then told me he forget to tell me it was in the office . So then I ask him will I get charged for mileage if I come back and he said yes So i took it as it wouldn't make sense to come back

1930 LANTANA RD, LOCATION GOOD SERVICE MY RESERVATION WAS ON U-HAUL LOCATED AT: 902 DIXIE HWY, LAKE WORTH, FL 33460. PLACE WAS CLOSE WITH A DOG INSIDE, CALL SEVERAL TIMES NO ANSWERED. FAIL PICK UP, NO BODY PRESENT. NO BODY RESPOND FOR THE $50.00 RESERVATION WARRANTY.

I made my reservation online. I did everything required for a quick check in. I was given a confirmation to pick up my rental at 8 a.m. When I arrived at th pick up location at 8 a.m. the office was closed and did not open until 9 a.m. It is not good business to tell someone they can get their rental at 8 and make them wait an hour in the parking lot.

Rip-Off I was charged $52 extra for gas and I only drove 5.5 miles! I will never rent from this U-Haul location again. Read their reviews They are crooks and will over bill you anyway they can.

The location front door was locked even though it was open hours. The mobile checkin experience was terrible, took literally 10 times longer than being at a counter. I had the search for the truck and couldn't find the keys. Tried the back door to the location which was open even though the front door was locked. They key was behind the counter, not where the app said, which was really confusing anyway. The truck check engine light was on.....overall not a good experience.

I was told by customer service I could drop off trailer here. The location was open but could find no employee to help me. I did as I was told by the Uhaul agent and 30 minutes later received a phone call from Lantana Self Storage that they didn't accept trailers and I needed to return ASAP and remove trailer from their property. There was no way I could. So I called Uhaul customer service and they said they would handle it. Last night I got an email stating I was charged a $15.00 cleaning fee. The trailer was in immaculate condition when I dropped it off. So obviously the employee at Lantana Self Storage was angry and to get back at me, he charged a cleaning fee. If this is the treatment I receive from Uhaul or it's affiliates then I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Completely unprofessional. Brock Beall

Truck was dirty inside and outside Had some scrapes and dents, but not bad Did mobile app, but they did not have the key inside the blackbox although I could open, I had to go in and talk to the guy at the desk who just got there fairly decent. I think you should have unlimited mileage though
