the boys who were attending were badly arranged, I also had a very bad experience as far as the collection of the miles, they could charge 18 miles more and with the excuse that they are correct and I have the photos that are wrong

I was fortunate to get a truck large enough for my items but I’m disappointed that I was charged for equipment that I never received. Dollies and carts to be exact. And upon drop off there was a 2hr debacle trying to have the costs removed from my final bill. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. additionally there was further frustrations with the drop off location being unattended whereby there was NO WAY to resolve the matter with. It was a high stress 3 hour experience just to drop off a truck. I was incredibly flabbergasted as to why your regional systems don’t or can’t adjust and correct errors that are internal and NO FAULT of your customer.

Got to this location to turn in the truck..no one there, even though signs says OPEN. Left a message on their ans machine and put keys and the contract in the dropbox. Notified 2 days latter that I return the truck late and was charged 1 extra days rental fee. NOT HAPPY

I returned my rental on Saturday evening instead of Sunday when due and was charged $57.87 for an extra day, when I call the location to inquire about the charge I was told that my card had been reimbursed for the extra day but I was charge $1.07 for and extra mile. After having been overcharged for usage to charge for one mile over was petty, I will be watching my account for the reimbursement.

I Reserved my Rental to pick up via 24/7 share. I was to use a location not open on Saturdays. I spoke with Christine at the pickup location. She informed me to download the Uhaul App which I did. She told me the pick up would be very simple. I guess she's never used the service because the pick up was not simple at all. I had to take a pictures of the front and back of my license, take a picture of myself and submit then once the agent received my request, I had to take a 2nd picture of the front and back of my license then the waiting approval took it seems 15 minutes then an agent called me all this time I am in front of a business not opened in a secluded area. Then after speaking to the agent I tried to process my payment I was given a choice to use the credit card on file or add a new card. I tried to use a new card the transaction never processed, now its 8:00 am I walked into a location now open to get assistance as soon as I walked in the store, the 24/7 app closed because it knew I was in the store. No 20 foot truck was available at this location, the location that had a truck available was a distance from my home which is why I reserved at the other location. They did not open until 9 am 2 hours after my original reservation. I need to get started early because the forecast was rain in the afternoon. Now my family was at my apartment waiting because I told everyone I was picking up the truck at 7am. When I finally arrived to pick up the truck even though it was obvious that I was upset about my experience the sales rep was trying to sell me additional services when she didn't have the appliance dolly & furniture dolly I reserved. I see today an additional 24.00+ due to the difference in mileage. This was my worse experience with Uhaul ever and I had to pay when I did everything I was told to do by your customer service reps. So unfair

The miles entered in the system before renting out was incorrect with what was actually on the truck I did a 30 mile movie trip and they charged me for 250 miles

I returned the truck 20 minutes before they closed at 6. Forgot the dolly I rented they refused to check me out while I ran to get it. Returned with the dolly 10 minutes before they were closing as I pulled up they ran and locked the door. I will go to a different location if I ever need to rent one again. I found that very rude!

Everything was fine except there was no ramp on the back of the truck it was a small truck however it would have been nice to know that it didn't have a ramp I did have some furniture that I had to try to hump up there without a ramp would have been nice to been told that upfront I've never had a U-Haul truck without a ramp on it other than that it was very good experience

I put yes however van i was given was not cleaned out. Papers left from lrevious customer along with sand and spilled drinks in drink holders. I cleaned myself. Everyone very nice and helpful . Will be using again in September.

We did the mobile pick up. (Get truck before locationed open) Truck assigned to us, was locked in the back of the building behind gates, had to wait 45min for someone to arrive. Once someone arrived had I two other people not happy waiting outside with me. Poor kid was getting hit from every angle... Him being so flustered forgot to give me my moving pads, called me 45min after I left telling me he left his keys for building in truck when he pulled it around for us. Just very unorganized and not a good experience at all.
