I was charged 79 $rental fee instead of 19 $on a van I rented. I told her I only needed it for 1 1/2 hours and only 30 miles but she said it automatically put a hold on my account until I return the van then they adjust the bill. She also said it had a full tank. When I drove off and got on the highway I noticed it was less than half a tank of gas. So when I got off the highway I stopped and took a Pic of the gas tank. I returned the truck 1 1/2 hour later. In the morning I was charged 79 $for rental, plus mileage and filing up the tank. The 40 $-45 $rental became 111 $. Later in the day the gas was adjusted but the the 79 $fee. Finally I got charged around 55 $but I only owe about 40 $... I contacted the office twice and have not heard back. Now I have to visit the store for the 3rd time to try and resolve this! I don't have the time for this! But what other choice do I have? My husband and i have used this store many times in the past year.KIMBERLY B.

I was asked to sign a receipt for the rental truck at the drop off location. I was not given a copy of what I signed for which incorrectly states I was not involved in an accident in that vehicle. I did have a minor accident, not the rental truck was not damaged. Additionally, I was charged for something that wasn't discussed with me. I did buy "Safe Tow" for that vehicle. The email where you have to take pic of licence, does not seem to always work. It would be better if more interactive. Problem solving with hints? All this checking in online after rental is redundant and unneeded. It's all handled at store. Maybe a thank you Mr._____ see you in 24 hrs. That's all that's needed. Brought the truck in at 5:30. Was told by staff member that we needed to fold each and everyone of the 24 blankets in the back of the truck or we would be charged a 25 $folding fee. I worked real hard to get the truck back before this location closed and I'm glad I did. If I would've gotten charged 25 $for not folding blankets I would've been very upset! I just wonder where it says this in the contract because I did not see this? Have not experienced any level of professionalism from any of the U-Haul locations at this point! Very poor customer service skills at both pick up location and drop off location! Maybe your U-Haul representatives need a lesson in proper customer service skills. Skills on how to treat somebody who is using your service! Your current representatives make you feel like they are doing you a favor. When an essence it should be the other way around because you are choosing to use U-Haul for your moving needs... just sayingRussell A.

The improve I would make next time has to do with the drop off process online. When we went to drop off the truck the location was incorrect as it did not match the location on our paper. We went to complete the drop off online and the process was glitching, it would not complete the questionnaire portion.Cheyenne B.

Got double charged on insurance, and also charged for the extra day even though we dropped it off hours before the 24 hour deadline. Asked if they could check the vehicle in since there were two employees inside doing absolutely nothing, but insisted on leaving the keys. We would have stayed to make sure it was taken care of, but we were in the process of moving, naturally, and didnt have all afternoon for them to do whatever they needed to at their own leisure. No one else was in store so there was clearly nothing going on that required their attention. Stay away from any storage or uhaul in Lake Worth.Savannah M.

Had to drop off at this location after Davina Bean scheduled a drop off that closed well after the return time I communicated. The gentleman that assisted me after such a terrible experience with Davina was pleasant and accommodating. I scheduled a 15 ft rental at 1230 on Uhaul.com . When i arrived ..there was no truck to be found until 3pm .Ariel C.
Poor Customer service and Extended wait times due to poorly trained front desk personnel and confusion among front office staff regarding truck rental return policies and procedures. This resulted in unnecessary extended wait time, customer frustration and poor reflection on U-Haul as a truck rental company.Richard C.

The U-Haul system was down when I arrived, and the kind employee working had to attempt to access it numerous times to no avail. It wasn't until nearly an hour after my appointment that I was given keys to the truck. The delay ruined my whole day and resulted in my entire move out of state being postponed.Kyle K.

The location was very helpful, but only because the online experience was terrible. As we tried to pick up with the app during the verification process we just received a note that it did not work, and then our account was locked and no one could help us. In the end I was only able to pickup at 9:00 am the following morning vs 8:00 pm the prior day. This created a lot of hardship in our schedules. This process has led me to look elsewhere for any rental.CHRISTOPHER F.
The middle seat backrest allows the driver to fold it down in creating an middle armrest with extra cup holders. This area should be more carefully inspected/cleaned. It looks to be common area/surface that gets forgotten about in cleaning because of the flexibility in it folding up (out of sight...out of mind.)Christian E.
