Elijah HallThe brand new truck I drove was excellent except for the front wheels were either out of balance or something worse. I know you can't test drive every truck every time before it goes out, but that has to be fixed. There were times when I thought I wouldn't make it back.

The retail location did not have the dolly that was paid for and requested. computer malfunction in store which took a total of 3 hours on moving day to resolve. There should be notes on this account that the representatives left regarding the horrible experience. Would like a credit to be issued to make right.

Euclid BayleyThe truck was filthy...the guy tried to sweep it a little bit...but the truck had a strong dog urine smell and the floor was wet. The truck was old and you had to press the brakes all the way down to brake just at little.
Ariel ContrerasHave someone stay at the front instead of going in The back room and relaxing. He said that he would ensure I would not be charged any extra due to the mileage. I get home and you shit heads charge for the over mileage. U-Haul really sucks.

The staff is always very friendly and professional, the office is very clean and well organized with any supply you may need to add to your rental.AND they are easy to contact too which is a big deal to me!! I haven't used any other locations to rent from in the past 4 /5 years! I highly recommend this location!!

MICHAEL TEMPLETThe worst experience I've ever had. It took me 45 minutes AFTER talking to a Customer Service Rep to complete my reservation because of extremely POOR internet service. I will Never reserve at this location again. Interior & exterior was filthy. The App is not user friendly at all. Please Do Better!!

Then by accident went to another truck because I thought it was the truck they told me to go to which had my equipment and over charged me 3 dollars. I believe over charged me for mileage too. Just seemed like all they wanted to do. Didn't feel comfortable.

This was my first time renting a uhaul and would definetly recommend this location to anyone i know moving because of how great the customer service was!

MICHAEL DEJESUS OLIVOI had a local move and only used the truck for 3 hours. When I returned the truck I asked for a receipt but was told it would be emailed. If I returned the truck it was checked for damages but the receipt was not supplied.. If Uhaul had the truck why could they not supply a receipt? I asked several times but the women was adamant about not supplying me with proof that i returned it without damaging and the miles that were used. Is this common practice for Uhaul?? You have access to charge my card without confirmation of the amount. Not ethical considering the truck was returning early, checked for miles and damages but I could not get a receipt.

Kenroy Dennisuruhaul needs to do a better job when it comes to scheduling over a holiday because this location was closed. had i not picked it up the day prior i would have been in trouble. other people showed up on the holiday and were left stranded. that happened to me previously

Jason MontagI would only recommend this location because of the quantity of trucks and equipment they have. The truck was dirty inside and I was charged a gas fee because I supposedly didn't add enough gas for a 8-9mile trip. We had believed we had put enough. The tank was already over a half a tank also. The gentleman wasn't friendly, didn't greet as we came into the building, nor did the young lady. It wasn't a friendly atmosphere.

Maria FlorezLocation was convenient. Staff was great. Renting a U-Haul truck is cheap it's the mileage that will break you. I work in government and mileage is usually $.85. All in all it was good.
