Impeove location services. Make sure truck is clean. The floor mats were very muddy. The AC did not work.

Do highly recommend you find a way to put in some type of backup camera as that could help a lot.
Amanda TThe reservation I originally booked couldn't be completed because the 15 foot trucks that agent had on site were 'rotation' trucks that couldn't leave the area due to their mileage. We had to quickly find another truck, and we located one at this Laundry Basket location. However, it was an unstaffed location, which meant that we didn't have the moving quilts and hand truck we'd planned on.
Gregg PThere isnt an office at this location. Or not one that I could find. We worked very hard to get there before closing but there was not an office or attendant at the location so a lot of hard and fast work for nothing. I dont feel like I should be charged for the drop off.
