The key drop/pickup really needs to be a little more secured. The pole which has the lockbox is on a 4x4 post which barely is in the ground and leaning on the building.

Sheila MThe location itself is fine, however the actual location doesn't register in U-Hauls location services. Even though this is a mobile only location, we had to call in both at pick up and return because UHaul's computer said we were in a different location and the vehicle couldn't be released or returned. Then, both at pick up and return, UHaul's customer service person argued with my husband about where he was. The mobile check in/out process is an excellent idea but is a major pain in the tail in reality.
CHARLES WThe remote pickup process is not intuitive. Have your text message link act as your authentication and then take your customer directly to the “pickup my truck” location of the app. Also, I brought the truck back exactly 24 hours early, went through your return process, was told you would call to confirm but nobody ever called. I called your 24/7 phone line but stayed on hold for 30-45 minutes waiting for a customer service rep…..no answer. I have used U-Haul for 45 years and never have I been disappointed until now. Your remote pickup and drop off process is horrible. BTW: Before your IT people push me to the side as a non-techie old guy…..I am a CIO (Chief Information Officer) and know a lot about process and systems. If you will have them call me, I will tell you how to improve your mobile application and process.
