The person onsite that checked us out did not know how to use the Uhaul System. It took 45 minutes to check out and there was no one else onsite at the time (customers or workers).

It took literally an hour just to complete the reservation and get keys. The software is a joke, and the man at the counter does not know how to work a computer. Very frustrating. Upon return, we could not get the online software to work either! Will never rent from this location again.

It took way way too long to check in and check outâ€"over 30 minutes to check out and 20 minutes to return. The whole UHaul computer system is way too slow.

Uhaul system was slow. I waited a total of almost an hour during check out and check in for the system to process information. During my check out, the customer service rep was non-responsive for more than 10 minutes, even when I repeatedly asked for an update.

First let me say I work in Customer service and have never left a bad review for anyone before. I initially reserved the truck for a location within a mile of my home. I was literally moving a fridge around the block, and your company moved the reservation across town. I was called 2 hours before my schedule pick and asked if I could come in early because “she had a class and didn't want to wait for me to get there for my scheduled time. I reserved 1 dolly and was charged for 2 and was charged a gasoline fee when I only drove 9 miles. I have a picture of what I left the gas tank at and the needle never moved. The first quote was $47 and was charged $110,24 for all the mistakes. When I called there was no response. This the one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Wrong truck size, charged everything up front, not accounting for actual mileage. Place was not staffed, and didn't tell me about check in and check out procedure. Just told me when I was done to “throw the keys in the after hours box” then charged me after.

Debbie at this location was amazing! By the time I got to her I have NEVER been so frustrated dealing with any company in my life!!!! Absolutely NO ONE knows what's going on. Everyone I spoke with gave me a different answer. I strongly recommend training for your employees so they are all on the same page!

I was confused about the mobile check in and the woman that worked there was VERY helpful. It's also very clean and well maintained, unlike some storage / uhaul facilities.

Need to have the directions on the site point to the correct location. The directions on the site take you to Layton hills parkway, not Layton crossing parkway.

the office lady couldn't sign in her computer and made me download the app and do it all myself. the reason why I GO to a Uhaul place is so I don't have to deal with all the app stuff. I'm moving and need to get on the road ASAP don't have time to download apps on my phone and deal with extra stuff

Maybe don't make the whole thing confusing as fuck as call, email and text while I'm in the middle of moving saying the truck is marked missing when i did everything as requested.

I understand this company is new to renting U-Haul trucks and this was the first time this particular employee had used the system. We appreciate her figuring it out. Unfortunately it took over an hour to get the reservation right in the computer, get the key out of the box, and clean out the truck (it had not been swept). On the plus side it was cheaper than using the online system.

If the gasoline indicator is just barely less than where it was given the customer a break don't charge a price for gas that is ridiculous. Otherwise everything was in over and beyond quality service thank you again.
