We love Layton Crossing Storage, the gal that works there is super helpful with the uhaul rental and our storage units

Meladie HI scheduled the pick-up for 0800. The location was closed and they did not put the keys in the lock box. I waited an hour for the attendant to arrive to work. The keys were sitting in his desk with a sticky note next to the keys. I have to imagine the note was to remind someone to put the keys in the lock box. The attendant said sorry about the wait. He also said, the back of the truck should be cleaned out but if it’s not just let him know. The attendant should take some ownership and know without a doubt that the vehicle was cleaned. He shouldn’t rely on the customer to check for him and let him know if he needs to do his job. Overall not a good experience and I would not recommend this location to others.
