The vehicle presented significant safety concerns. We're on at least six occasions the accelerator forwarded itself to the floor, forcing the vehicle forward even when my foot was on the break. The truck looked clean, but obviously the safety concerns almost created accidents on at least two or three occasions.

Kimberly MPicking up the truck via the app was the worst experience ive ever had with uhaul. Took 30+ mins because of the issues experienced on the app including: 1. Location service not working, despite giving it permission. Had to close and reopen the app 5+ times before it would recognize the location 2. The scanner for the back of the license just plain didnt work. 3. Pressing the back button from the afformentioned scanner after it doesnt work would sometimes completely exit the process, making me start from scratch. 4. When taking pictures if I rotated my phone from portrait to landscape, the screen goes black and will not return until i hit the back button, at which point i received a 404 error and was forced to restart the entire process, again. 5. Overall just slow. At one point i had completed all the steps and was presented with an infinite loading screen until i once again, backed out and started from scratch. I no way should an app be this bad, and will definitely deter me from using uhaul in the future unless it is at a time and place where i can speak to someone in person and not deal with the app.

Jennifer MNot over charge customers for gas that was not in the vehicle when it was picked up. I picked up the truck with 24 miles to empty. When I returned the truck there was 33miles til empty worth of gas. So even after replacing the gas I was charged for gas?

Kenneth PNothing to improve. Lee's automotive was exceptional. The daughter that works the front desk has an outstanding personality and her dad that hooked us up was the consummate professional. Unit was clean, in good shape, and the chains were well secured, crossed and secured with chain binders.

Jon GAfter renting the truck, I was hit with a $43 extra charge for using this location. No one said anything about this charge when I was renting the truck. What a rip-off and under hand charge.
TOM WHolly was incredibly helpful and friendly and she provided outstanding customer service. I rented the same truck from Lee's in August 2022 and returned to rent again this Fall simply because of Holly's service! She is the best!

Mia BBetter service at pick up. No one explained what was expected at pick up: When to drop off, how to drop off when no one was there to witness the return. The website is not clear. My brother picked up the truck but didn't know how to return the vehicle. Your service man, Brian Riley, over the phone was excellent and I really appreciate his help, when though the truck was returned within the specified period of time, it was not recorded properly. My brother also said the odometer was recorded improperly but the cost for miles difference was only $.69.

Chelsea SI have never rented a U-Haul before, simply because I was afraid of driving a larger vehicle, but I wish I would have done so sooner. I highly recommend Lee's Automotive for U-Haul rentals. Holly was awesome to work with and the rental process could not have gone any easier.

RONALD SThe renter needs to be told to complete the return process before they put the KEYS in the lock box. The APP would not allow me to upload the truck's control panel picture. I couldn't take another picture into the APP after I put the key into the return key box.

JIM MThe pick-up/drop-off location was fine. Friendly staff when I picked up the van and no problems. I would like to comment however on things outside the pick-locations control that have to do with U-Haul website and the U-Haul roadside assistance. Both of these made the overall experience a lot more stressful than it needed to be.
