Holly was incredibly helpful and friendly and she provided outstanding customer service. I rented the same truck from Lee's in August 2022 and returned to rent again this Fall simply because of Holly's service! She is the best!

Mia B.Better service at pick up. No one explained what was expected at pick up: When to drop off, how to drop off when no one was there to witness the return. The website is not clear. My brother picked up the truck but didn't know how to return the vehicle. Your service man, Brian Riley, over the phone was excellent and I really appreciate his help, when though the truck was returned within the specified period of time, it was not recorded properly. My brother also said the odometer was recorded improperly but the cost for miles difference was only $.69.
