The guy who own one of the u-haul over charge me and he said 19$ per 4 hrs and i just returned the vehicle in just 45 minutes and he charged me 58$, after long argument he admitted his fault and charged me 48$ i requested to talk to his manager or supervisor but he said that it's his business, he actually cheated me one of his fault at the first place was he didn't told me the price could be more than 19$

john bNo one was at the site. As I had just moved to MN and had a temporary license, I intentionally chose to check in at the location as opposed to on-line. It then took an hour to check-in on-line due to the temporary license. I also struggled to open the pad lock to the lock box in the cold weather. Also the on-line return was burdensome, again having to deal with the cold. Overall, a very poor experience.

ANTHONY HThe van smelled bad inside (like manure), so I sprayed a cleaner and left the window opens. The van was very clean otherwise. The location is a bit messy, but the staff were very friendly and very customer focused.
