No one was at the site. As I had just moved to MN and had a temporary license, I intentionally chose to check in at the location as opposed to on-line. It then took an hour to check-in on-line due to the temporary license. I also struggled to open the pad lock to the lock box in the cold weather. Also the on-line return was burdensome, again having to deal with the cold. Overall, a very poor experience.

Great and convenient
ANTHONY H.The van smelled bad inside (like manure), so I sprayed a cleaner and left the window opens. The van was very clean otherwise. The location is a bit messy, but the staff were very friendly and very customer focused.
