There was some confusion with my reservation, as my son and I unknown to each other both made reservations for two different days. When I arrived to pick up my truck the computers were not working at the pick-up location, so it was done over the phone with an employee who was offsite. She indicated I had two reservations, and I explained the U-Haul app glitched at the final point in making a reservation, and I had to start over, perhaps that caused two reservations? In fact, the second was my son's, but she was only looking at the last name. This resulted in my son's reservation being cancelled.

Kevin UI paid for moving blankets/furniture pads but did not receive them in the truck. This put us at a disadvantage with moving the furniture and there was some damage to the furniture.
Cecily LHave the vehicle reviewed and inspected prior to customer use. Has level was not what was on the invoice, it was less. Low air in tire noted after we left. Email was sent 2 days prior stating our requested size was being downsized.
Peter VUpon arrival (after hours) I could not get the app to work. It took your customer service rep two hours to get me into my rental truck. She never gave up, she just kept trying. She was terrific! The location of the lockbox for the key was not evident. The actual odometer mileage on the truck did not match the mileage registered on the app. The truck was parked on a gravel lot with a slight slope. The rain of the previous day had softened the ground underneath the empty rear wheel drive truck. It was all I could do to get the truck out of the parking space.
