It has been the location I have used for years. Even the lapsing time from first time 15 years ago to last moving this weekend, they have kept the great level of customer service excellence. Never an issue with the mileage or gas or anything weird after dropping off the vehicle. If you want to be in good hands, that is Liberty! Where freedom of moving is guaranteed with no hassle
Aldo Duccithey gave me wrong size truck and i went back in and got the right size. When I opened the latch to the back of truck it had not been cleaned so i had to go back a third time. the clerk was pleasant but the experience was not
Robin NorrisI rented a few additional items and they only had one dolly. This is not acceptable and was a hindrance to my move. Why do you have these items available for us to reserve if they are not actually available? It was a problem.

YANDER ORTIZThey barley spoke to us, and no one showed us where the truck was, we had to just go out and find it. The truck had candy wrapper in it and the gas was almost at empty. This location also had none of the items requested such as furniture pads, dollies or furniture dollies.

Rafael SoriaTypical U-Haul cleanliness was not seen from various locations I've been to over the years. The gentleman made me sign and gave me the keys. We didn't go outside and compare the dents/scratches. More disturbing was the app self checkout. It wanted to verify passports and place of work at the location of pickup. It could have done that while I was home. Instead I was at a gas station waiting to get verified for over 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting and went inside to do it the traditional way.

MARLON MERLOEquipment was not clean but adequate service. The app was very time-consuming and the upload took very long sometimes had to restart. I was using Apple 14 pro max with ATT service. It's less time-consuming when using the agent less pictures and steps.

Despite returning a truck that I cleaned and swept out in accordance with my contract and returning all blankets folded and stacked, the location charged through U-Haul a "cleaning fee". I appealed via U-Haul customer assistance and was told they called the location and were advised they had to assign someone to clean the truck...this was not the case with the truck I returned! A visit to the location would confirm that high cleaning standards are not one of their attributes. The site was unkempt, the employees not helpful, and the "cleaning fee" shenanigans are enough for me to avoid this location in the future.

Jorge PintoThe gas level was not the one they put in the document/contract and I have pictures to prove it, I left the gas tank at the same level and they charged me for 2 gallons of gas almost $8 !

Joseph Hixontell them to take pictures of the dashboard showing fuel and mileage at beginning and end of rental to prove that they returned it with the appropriate amount. Fueled to appropriate level and was charged fuel unfairly, wen't to complain and was dismissed for having no proof. We would I waste my time complaining for 13$ if it wasn't for being treated unfairly. Now I know, the customer is only right if it has proof.
fernando fernandezNever checked back the rental even though they said I was all set and I had to come back 2 hours later and tell them to check back my car. They also charged me CDW which I didn't buy but disappeared so I couldn't fight it. They had someone at the gas station print me the receipt

George RomeyWhen I arrived to the location, they told me they don´t have Utility Dolly neither Furniture Dolly which I have added to my purchase. It is not something I should know in that moment, I lost like 2 more hours trying to get those dollies to be able to move my furniture. Is the last time I hire U HAUL, because I talked about this to a friend, and told me that happened the same to her in Boston. I got really stressed in that moment, I could solve it, but if I couldnt, I would lose a lot of money and time (I lost time by the way).

Nixon Blanco uribeThe person behind the counter was super shady. Asked me if I wanted insurance and I said NO. Nothing! He added it and gave me the receipt and said that was for me. When I returned the van and got the email the insurance was added anyways. I said no online and no to him. What a scam! The manager of the area is also worthless! Never answered me and 5 days later I called to find out he didn't do anything about it. If you want your company to strive and people trust in you, then change the employees. What a disappointment, I will never go to that location again.
Jesus RasconNo dedicated Uhaul office so you have to queue with the rest of the gas pump clients. I did not see any moving ancillaries. Apart from that trucks are in great condition and parked in ample space. If all you need is a truck you don't need to go further. Very happy with the experience.
Bernardo BurIt works. It's convenient. I would recommend because it's convenient, consistent, the trucks are there, no reservation needed. It's a mess of an operation. It's UNCLEAR who is an employee or NOT.
Alexander Fetter-SalazarOnline booking was easy and truck was as expected. The only problem was a communication problem as the clerk didn't speak much English. We had ordered an appliance dolly and the clerk insisted that they didn't have any, when in fact they did. We got the dolly and accomplished our task so it all ended up fine. We have used this location 3 or 4 times and this is the only time that it didn't go perfectly.
